Beautiful, remodeled St. Andrew floor plan with attached 2 car garage:
Your 1,337 square foot "Tuscan Home Away From Home!" will be cleaned and sanitized just prior to your arrival.
Two bedrooms: (master ensuite with king bed and large slider, guest bedroom with twin beds); 2 bathrooms; den with comfortable sofa and a small desk to take care of any paperwork; spacious living room with a comfortable couch and recliner; kitchen and separate dining area; 2 large, flat-screen TV's; enclosed laundry in garage with full size washer and dryer; all on a peaceful greenbelt with the pool and hot tub just across the street. The large, extended east-facing patio, with beautiful views of the Chocolate Mountains and sunrises, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. It features a barbecue, patio heater, and comfortable seating for 10, which includes a teak wood patio dining table set. The condo is fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation or longer stay. It's located less than a 5-minute walk from the Clubhouse. 24/7 security personnel and gated full service resort with a bar & grille, restaurant, entertainment and dancing on the weekends, 20 heated pools and hot tubs throughout the community, 14 lighted tennis and pickleball courts, and a reasonably priced/challenging 18 hole, par 72 golf course with 5 sets of tees, a driving range, and practice facility are all available onsite.
NOTE: For the months of June, July, August, September, and October there will be an additional $6.00 per night Air Conditioning charge applied after booking is solidified.

We recently had a wonderful stay!! Tony was an amazing and gracious host who was always accessible for questions. Condo is a short five minute walk to the clubhouse and a championship 18-hole golf course. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio each morning in the very quiet setting. Would highly recommend!!

This photo is misleading. There are pools and hot tubs in the area, but not in the backyard. Other than that, our stay was just as we'd hoped. Instructions/communication clear. Unit is conveniently located in Palm Desert and was very comfortable. Property itself has many resort amenities that would make a long or short vacation a lot of fun. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 8 days. The condo is in a resort community, quiet and low key. The condo was very comfortable, spotless and fully stocked. The pool is across the street and shopping is a short drive from the condo. Overall great place to stay if you’re looking for a comfortable and low key vacation. We would stay there again!

Had a great stay at this condo in Palm Desert. Very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Good location, close to grocery stores, pharmacy and lots of dining options. Very clean and well stocked condo that is centrally located with easy access to amenities and the I-10. Condo is in a gated community on the golf course. Large outdoor patio backing onto green space to enjoy the sun and mountain views! Can’t go wrong with this one!

Great Girls Weekend Getaway!

We had a Fantastic stay at Tony & Brenda's place. They were great communicators and their home is LOVELY! It is Clean, well-stocked & organized. Their beds are comfortable as is the living room furniture. They have great instructions for the check-in/check-out process and they have labeled things to help you conveniently enjoy their home. The location is great! Easy to get to and we loved the proximity to the Pool and the fact that we could sit on the back patio and not worry about stray golf balls from the communities Course. We will definitely look to stay here again! Highly Recommend!! We give this one 10/10 Stars!

Awesome Palm Desert

Tony is a great host, very communitive and responds quickly to messages. The Condo was spot on and we needed to bring little other than clothes. The grill worked great and made for unforgettable evening meals. The Pools and hot tubs were heated, well maintained and open for use 15 hours a day. There are great nearby trails to hike, restaurants to visit and Ralph's, Trader Joes, Costco and the "open air market" made it easy to fill the pantry. The Alps Village was a great find on this trip along with the Tonga Bar (Palm Springs) and Willows Country Club. All things considered a great vacation.

When it says a home away from home, they are definitely correct! This home has everything you could ever even remotely need or want! It was so well equipped and stocked everywhere - kitchen, bedroom, outdoor, and general. The home was immaculately clean and the complex was really nice. My only complaint (and that's not the owner's fault) would be that even though there were like 48 pickleball courts, the complex charged $75/person /week to play pickleball. Friends of ours stayed at other complexes that also had pickleball, and the cost of playing was part of their rental fees. I feel that the complex was trying to take advantage of renters who had already paid quite a bit to stay there. However even with that disappointment, I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to any of my friends! The owners, Tony and Brenda Maltese are wonderful and very easy to work with. They even let us check in a little early so we could get our groceries refrigerated!

My husband and I loved staying at this clean and comfortable condo in Palm Desert. The owners provided anything that you could possibly need and it felt like home. Communication with owners was excellent. Patio is lovely and even though it was hot (to us - 90s) we could comfortably sit outside in the shade at any time of day. Great restaurants , shops and golf courses close by. Community has a fantastic pickleball program with weekly and monthly membership available. They have daily open play and worskhops weekly. Nice and very reasonably priced golf course on property and great area for walking. Pools close by. Highly recommend! I would have booked again for March but owners will be enjoying it then. Highly recommend!

Tony and Brenda have been married for 52 years and went to high school together. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. Tony is a retired Fire Chief from the suburban area of Detroit, Michigan. Brenda is a retired fund development coordinator for a college performing arts center.

Strong Wi-Fi, small desk and work space. Location, location, location. The weather is great 3/4 of the time, It sits on a quiet green belt, it has the best floor plan of all the units in the complex. The people at this resort are very friendly.

What makes this property unique

Convenient location near I-10 interstate. 24 hour security, gated community, lots of walker every morning, everyone is in close walking distance from one of the 20 heated pools and hot tubs. The golf course is full size, reasonable priced, and walkable if you choose. The tennis and Pickle ball facility is very popular. Private patio with no golfers bothering you and no stray golfballs. No hot afternoon sun on the east facing patio.
