Palm Desert Vacation

The location and space was great for our month long vacation. Everything we needed was right there and the surrounding properties Were beautifully kept. The pool was just outside the door and the golf club was within walking distance.. the condo was very comfortable but in need of some upgrading which the owners are in the process of completing. Definitely plan to return next year.

Perfect place for us

Conveniently located in Palm Desert my 2 adult kids and I stayed for 7 nights. The weather did not cooperate as it was in the high 90's each day during the Paribus tennis tournament, which we came down to see. The place had 2 nice bedrooms, a kitchen, dinning area and porch which looked out to the pool 50 feet away. 2 bathrooms (needs more soap) and a TV in each room so I could watch my ZAGS during March Madness. Very quiet location and nice guards at the gate. I'd stay again.

Resort Condo

Great vacation in a spacious condo close to tennis, golf, pickle ball, bocce ball, club house. A big plus is the heated salt water pool right outside your back door. Amazing property with great neighbours. The condo had all the essentials to feel like home, however it really needs a major upgrading. The sofa cushions sink in the Center making it very uncomfortable. The beds use foam overlays that are not the size of the mattresses and uncomfortable to sleep on. The Master and twin bed frames have an annoying squeak enough to disrupt sleep. The patio doors off the Master are impossible to open and the sink faucet in the guest bathroom leaks when turned on. The stove faceplate had been pushed in although remains operable and the element drip pans were in terrible condition. Would I return? Yes definitely as the location made up for these inconveniences.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location to the pool and the clubhouse was ideal. Unit is a bit dated, but beds and furnishings were comfy. Kitchen supplies were great. Looking forward to our return next year!

Lots of open space and privacy. Acres of greenbelt, in addition to the golf course. Pool and spa are just a few steps away. Easy access to I-10 freeway and close to shopping. Beautiful views of the mountains in the background. Also has rare two car garage, with separate laundry room.
