Welcome to Beach Manor 109 – a charming ground-floor beachfront condo in Miramar Beach featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Skip the elevator waits and step right out to your private patio, where a lush lawn leads you just steps away from the beach and pool.

Inside, the inviting living room offers plenty of seating and a 37" flat-screen TV with recording capabilities, so you won’t miss a favorite show. The freshly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the essentials, and a full-size washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze.

The master suite boasts a spacious king bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and access to a second bath with a shower/tub combo. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Located 10 miles east of Destin, Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort blends fun, relaxation, and convenience—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet tucked away in a tranquil beachfront setting. Close to Grand Blvd but not in the center of the heavy traffic but just a few minutes from 30a and Destin Outlets. Would prefer to be a few floors up as to be able to see over the dune. Loved the grill and pool area! Great updates kitchen! The bedroom tv needs to be mounted on the wall so it can me seen from the bed. Great shower in master!

The pool was heated and the hot tub/sauna/steam room were a big hit with my kids. The location was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The living room furniture was recently updated and beautiful! The only suggestion I would have is to have the carpet in the bedrooms replaced. The carpets are appear very old and have lots of stains.

Beach umbrella service was easy. Arrive at 9am and you can reserve for your entire stay. If you are attempting to social distance this offers you the ability to do so. The kitchen has limited supplies for meal preparation so come prepared if you have specific tools you need for meal prep.

Clean and quick walk to the beach

This condo is well priced. It is a bit older, but VERY clean and extra amenities to make up for it. The beds are comfortable except for the pull out couch so be wary if you need that, even for small kids. It is the closest walk to the beach if any resort we have ever stayed at. Great crab hunting - our best ever with the preserve next door. Activity rentals are a resort or two over but be wary as they are much higher priced than you would find in Destin. Convenient though! There is a tiki bar with great drinks and a good food menu on site. The Beach House restaurant is within walking distance. The grocery store is a quick road trip and the kitchen is very well stocked. It had everything we needed. The weekday training of the air base nearby was my husband's favorite part! Lots of cool aircraft flies over head while you relax on the beach. My only suggestion would be to replace the couches. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

No replacement brought during this stay. Microwave not working. Not fixed during stay. Crisper trays broken in fridge. Very sharp edges. Pictures taken but notr replaced. Time to look elsewhere.

Great beachfront location!

So many places say they are “on the beach” but then are across a parking lot or street. This condo is truly beachfront. We brought our three youngest on this trip, so having the ability to walk out our door, directly onto a patio and walk across the dune boardwalk was priceless! PROS: The condo was clean, honestly the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen - no moldy shower or tub caulk. Kitchen was clean and had sufficient cookware and counter space was perfect. Having a washer and dryer available was wonderful, especially after we were caught out in a storm. Parking garage allows for more green space and (mostly) safe and easy parking, out of the hot sun. Super easy check in and out Best customer service - they truly went above and beyond Location! Location! Location!! This is probably our favorite location in Florida. People are friendly, plenty of food and activity options; gorgeous beaches. CONS Really, only complaint about the actual condo is the carpet in the bedrooms. I understand many people enjoy carpet in their bedrooms, but it’s not what I’d choose. Only complaint about the Tops’l resort is the super tight parking garage. To be fair, I have an Excursion, so on the larger side. Really not a huge deal, since I could navigate (just tight). The first floor of the garage did flood minorly as bands from Hurricane Francine came through (our room did not flood, though the neighbor’s did but Tops’l service was very attentive during the storm)

Spring Break 2021

The property is in an ideal location. Beach access is very easy and not overly crowded as other nearby properties. The two outdoor pools were excellent with one being less used which made for a relaxing day. Bedrooms were comfortable along with sofa bed. Only issue was kitchen is not well stocked with supplies and the dishwasher leaked when we ran it once.

Great to just walk out on ground level
