This condo was absolutely perfect!! It was just like home.The resort seems to change rules alot. One day we were permitted drinks from the tiki bar (60 worth) the next we werent to be served because we didnt have a blue wrist band. This was a big reason I chose this resort because the tiki bar was close by and I dont drink at home with the girls ( due to one being a foster child in my care) so this was a disappointment that I couldnt have drinks while husband watched the kids. The half mile to the beach was not pleasant..But the condo was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed unplugged time this week and only TV we used was livingroom as a family when it was storming.. Absolutely cant go wrong with this condo..

The condo was very nice, clean, and had beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay, and the unit itself was exactly what we expected.The only issue we had was with the wristbands. We were questioned because the wristbands provided were not the correct ones. I messaged the host and was told they were all we needed, but that turned out to be incorrect. After letting them know, I never received another response. The condo itself was great, but the communication could definitely be improved, and the correct wristbands should be provided to guests.

Ocean View

We had a great vacation. The balcony was very spacious with a nice view of the ocean and the inland. The condo was roomy, clean, and well decorated. It was a very nice place to stay.

This was such a wonderful trip at a great location! The condo was perfect for us, the pools were really pretty and fun, and the beach was amazing of course. We’ll definitely go back!

Great views, feels like home

This place was awesome! It had excellent views, very comfortable, and amazing location! Getting into the property was very easy. Balcony is huge and furnishings were well maintained. Easy access to beach and pools. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great quiet location. Balcony Was great. I will agree with previous reviews.. new patio furniture would be nice but the view and the beaches were amazing!

Girls' Weekend

The accomodations were as advertised. Improvements could be made in the overall cleanliness of the condo, sheets, floors, bathtubs, shower curtains, etc.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay at the Tides 910. We are in the process of changing our cleaning crew and there appeared to be some confusion. Upon your next stay at the Tides 910 I will give you one night free (minimum of 4 nights total). We should have the problems worked out by then and everything should be in good order.

Tides @ Topsl wonderful!

Our unit was exactly how described and pictures showed. Pool and beach access is easy. Along with use of Pickleball, tennis and half court basketball courts. I would recommend renting the umbrellas and chairs. Yes, the water was emerald green!

Great ocean escape

This condo complex had everything we needed to have a great week. Everything was as described and had just what we needed to stay comfortable. The mini golf was better maintained then some courses we’ve paid for. Being able to try out shuffle board and pickle ball was a highlight for our family. Rain or shine we spent most of our time at either the pool or the beach. Wonderful location for either going out to eat or having food delivered.

Amazing Stay

Condo is conveniently located within driving distance to multiple restaurants and shopping centers, and right outside of the hustle and bustle of being in the center of Destin during vacation months. Perfect spot for adults (adults with a few children) looking for somewhere affordable to stay. Unit was very clean and stocked appropriately. Between that and the multiple amenities offered by the condominium, our group would 100% stay again. Communicating with our property manager was easy and he responded almost immediately. Overall a 10/10 in my book.

Beautiful Condo in Miramar Beach, FL

This condo is on the 9th floor of the Tides building in the Tops'l complex. The condo is exactly as pictured with a semi-obstructed view of the Gulf (it is a BEAUTIFUL view!). This complex is perfect for families - there is onsite mini golf, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, basketball half court, pool, and tiki bar/restaurant. This beachfront property makes beach access easy. A mere steps from the pool area. This is our second year staying at the Tides in March for Spring Break and we plan to go back again. This owner was incredibly easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions.
