Have a party on the extra large balcony overlooking a breathtaking view of the Gulf.

The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed with flat screen TV/DVD, a large jetted Jacuzzi tub and large shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen and a twin bed, walk-in closet, chest and flat screen TV/DVD with full bath.

The den has a large, comfortable pull-out couch and armorer with a stereo, 35' TV and DVD player.

Family outings can be planned with many places to go for fun. At nearby Baytowne Wharf you will find great formal and casual dining, shopping, concerts and just hanging out near the water.

At The Tides @ Tops’l. If you’ve never made your way to Tops’l you don’t know what you’re missing. This place has everything. Beautiful beach. In fact rated best by Southern Living. And if you can’t trust them who can you trust. Incredible views. Close to golf.


The Tides are part of Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort which is smack dab in the middle of 52 beautifully landscaped acres bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and by Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! There’s 600 feet of private, sandy white beaches. There’s a ton of stuff to do here, with the daytime activities and nightlife of neighboring Sandestin and other noted communities to the west, and a nature preserve for quiet and solitude to the east. Tops'l provides the best of both worlds.

At tides you will have many wonderful amenities such as free wireless internet, pools, tennis, pickleball, community grills, basketball, putt-putt, nature trails, and many kids programs. Also, tops'l hill nature preserve is upon a national historic registry spot (next to beach manor on tops'l resort) where usa military tested captured German v2 buzz-bomb rockets there in 1944.

And if that weren’t enough, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest in the US, is less than 5 minutes away. Sandestin's popular Baytowne Wharf is just across the street to the west with shops, excellent restaurants and entertainment on the bay. Concerts on Wednesdays and family movies on Thursdays are popular family outings on the lawn at the Wharf. Sandestin's recently developed Grand Boulevard Town Center, nearby to the east, has upscale shopping and many excellent restaurant options. There’s so much to do here you won’t be able to fit it into a week’s vacation. So stay two! That’s what I’d do.

Tides @ Topsl wonderful!

Our unit was exactly how described and pictures showed. Pool and beach access is easy. Along with use of Pickleball, tennis and half court basketball courts. I would recommend renting the umbrellas and chairs. Yes, the water was emerald green!

Great 4th of July getaway

It was our first visit to Topsl. The property is uniquely located at the end of the Destin strip which provides a bit of privacy not normally found at the beach. Despite being the 4th of July, the beach was not crowded and it was family friendly. The condo was clean, roomy and as advertised. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas which made the visit even more luxurious as we didn't need to haul equipment back and forth to the beach. We did not avail ourselves of the pickleball or tennis because we got such nice beach weather. The fireworks for the 4th were an unexpected surprise. Our host was responsive to my questions and helped us navigate some Wifi issues upon arrival. Easy check in and check out process. Overall a very nice weekend and we will be back.

Great ocean escape

This condo complex had everything we needed to have a great week. Everything was as described and had just what we needed to stay comfortable. The mini golf was better maintained then some courses we’ve paid for. Being able to try out shuffle board and pickle ball was a highlight for our family. Rain or shine we spent most of our time at either the pool or the beach. Wonderful location for either going out to eat or having food delivered.

Amazing Stay

Condo is conveniently located within driving distance to multiple restaurants and shopping centers, and right outside of the hustle and bustle of being in the center of Destin during vacation months. Perfect spot for adults (adults with a few children) looking for somewhere affordable to stay. Unit was very clean and stocked appropriately. Between that and the multiple amenities offered by the condominium, our group would 100% stay again. Communicating with our property manager was easy and he responded almost immediately. Overall a 10/10 in my book.

Beautiful Condo in Miramar Beach, FL

This condo is on the 9th floor of the Tides building in the Tops'l complex. The condo is exactly as pictured with a semi-obstructed view of the Gulf (it is a BEAUTIFUL view!). This complex is perfect for families - there is onsite mini golf, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, basketball half court, pool, and tiki bar/restaurant. This beachfront property makes beach access easy. A mere steps from the pool area. This is our second year staying at the Tides in March for Spring Break and we plan to go back again. This owner was incredibly easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions.

Miramar 2023

This condo is much nicer than what the picture depicts. Very spacious and the balcony is big. We were pleasantly surprised after making a last minute vacation decision and not alot of choices left. I loved this location as its the last resort to the east. Its not as busy and congested but still close enough to everything you need. The white sand beach and beautiful water tops it off. If I could make one request, it would be to have smart tv’s, these are outdated. Even though we are there to be outside enjoying the beach and ocean, we did have some rainy times and one kid was sick for a few days. Limited channels with no streaming capabilities. This is not a deal breaker but for the money it cost to book for a week, this is an inexpensive upgrade.
