Sonoran Sky 808 Must-See Paradise Gem Ocean Front Condo

Located on the 8th floor of the beautiful Sonoran Sky Resort is this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite which will accommodate up to six guests (price is for 4 adults) comfortably. The patio faces the beach and the beautiful Sea of Cortez, so you can take advantage of the beautiful evening sunsets and the warm salty breeze. This suite is decorated in earth tones and is just lovely. The living room has a large L shaped leather sofa with a matching coffee table. Behind the sofa on the wall is a large ornate mirror and next to the sofa is a lovely floor lamp. Across from the sofa is a long, low entertainment center and on the wall above it is a large, wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children. (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).

Love this location for our family! Its perfect!

Love the spaciousness of the room, especially the 2nd bedroom with the custom bunk bed. We have 3 kids and they love staying here every time. We will be back again and as long as this roim is available, we will continue to stay in it.

There was 6 adults who enjoyed this perfect space! It was beautiful, spacious and an accurate description of what it has to offer. We loved the view and the property. We have visited this area serveral time over the last few months and this place is by far our favorite! Thank you for having us 🙂

Nice but overpriced

Our whole experience was great. The property grounds were great. Our unit was very very nice. My only complaint would be that it was a bit over priced. After the fees and taxes were paid, we were double the price of what the "price per night" was advertized.

Christmas to New Years

Place was nice and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Loved the balcony and the view from both the master and the kitchen/living room. (Guest bedroom had no view at all.) However, the sheets in the master bedroom were stained and the pool heater was out the first two days we were there :(

Room was dirty and smelled, blood stains on bed, pillows were dirty, sinks wouldn’t drain. Felt uncomfortable the whole time. Wish the reviews of 5.0 were accurate. Wouldn’t book again. Will be staying at Las Palomas.

Awesome Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo!

This was a fabulous condo and it had everything we could ask for. The only downside was the people above us were super loud and stomping and there was a giant hole in our patio ceiling that kept leaking water all over the place... birds kept hitting our window as they were trying to get up in the hole to their nest. But this was a wonderful place and I would rent there again!

great getaway

The unit was very large and was clean. The toaster only worked if you held the lever down and when we moved it there were crumbs under it. Very comfortable and had most of what we needed. There weren't washclothes in the bathrooms and no amenities, like shampoo, lotion, etc. All of the other units we have stayed in have had the little travel size. There were not any instructions on how to use the television. The communication before we got there wasn't very good. I couldn't figure out how to pay my balance and sent a message but never got a response until I called. We would definitely stay there again but we would make sure we bring everything we might need. The balcony was wonderful. The grounds are great! We loved the pool. We will be back.

Amazing Views

The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The views and the area make you feel like a million dollars. I just wish they kept the tiki bar open until pool closes, not sure if it is because we arrived at off-season. Also, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues (patio door did not automatically locked, fan remote did not work, possibly batteries, and one of the bed posts was loose). However, that is insignificant for the price we paid, the amazing size of the room, and the sunset views!

Watch out for Sonoyta Cops

You will get pulled over going through and coming out by cops looking for cash handouts. They will make up a reason and you will pay $. Nothing you can do about it. If you go in the ocean it's $ fine. After your handcuffed. I dont fault the resort. They work with what they are given and do their best.
