This is just a little note of thanks. We thoroughly enjoyed our nights (July 08) at the Lucky Dog Lodge. The lodge, yard and river access were all tremendous. We will definitely keep the Lucky Dog Lodge in mind for future gatherings."

I rented this cabin for our daughters wedding weekend. We had 15 people come up from our family alone. Thanks to the wonderful owners we were also allowed to invite the grooms family over from their cabin they had rented and had a big family BBQ. The cabin was very well-stocked with things we needed including a washer and dryer. Our five-year-old son had spent a good chunk of our road trip sick in the truck and we were able to wash everything from blankets to car seats with ease. There was more than enough room for everybody including the three dogs that were brought up. The cabin was very well-kept, it had very easy fishing access case i The cabin was very well-kept, it had very easy fishing access, and was in a great location so we were able to get to the mountain and into town easily. I would absolutely love to rent this place again
The house was as advertised and worked well for our family of 8 adults and 6 children from the ages of 7 to 12. Everyone especially enjoyed the proximity of the river. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we found that the bedrooms worked well. The large common area was a comfortable space for game playing, reading, and catching up wth each other.. The yard provided a great playground. Jeff, the caretaker, lives next door and couldn't have been friendlier. He even encouraged us to pick and enjoy his rasberries. Hope to return.
What a great house to throw a party!! It has a perfect open floor plan that easily accesses the large outdoor deck and yard. We had 15 in house guests that ranged from 5 to 75 with several teenagers. Everyone had a fantastic time! Beautiful lodge home, very well outfitted with kitchen supplies, easy to entertain in.
The Lucky dog was a good place for our large group to stay at. We had 13 people, and the large downstairs was great for eating and hanging out. We did some skiing at Bridger and it was great. Had a problem with the hot tub and the owner was there to fix it. We would stay there again. A unique place and great log home. Thanks
Had a great time as usual. This place is very accommodating for large groups. Clean, well kept, and stocked with about anything you need. Very cozy after a day on the slope or whatever your activity is. The people who manage it are excellent to work with as well. Very flexible and great communication. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!
Well, our tails were sure waggin’ after an extended-family stay at Lucky Dog Lodge. Ours was kind of a pack of dogs — siblings, spouses, grown-up ‘kids’ — and the Lucky Dog Lodge accommodated all quite nicely. We made great use of the kitchen and long dining-table for family-style dinners and sandwich assembly for slope fare. The in-floor heat and gas stove kept us plenty warm and cozy, even in cold winter conditions. We loved that it was close to ski slopes, downtown, and hot springs. We'll be back!
Walk out the back door and fish or explore the famous W Gallatin River
