About this property

Our historic home offers all the modern amenities that our guests expect. All rooms have spacious private baths, each one more unique than the next. In the summer months the rooms are very comfortable with air conditioning and in the winter months with private fireplaces. Guests have access to our fully equipped kitchen and dining room as well as our outdoor gas grill. Also, feel free to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on our new deck overlooking our beautiful yard. Private off-street parking is also included with your rental. Beach day passes available to guests.

We are a short two block walk to downtown shopping, dining and our beautiful lakefront.

Furry friends are also welcome.

TC Smith House

We were greeted by our host Maureen when we arrived at the house. She gave us a tour of her home and showed us how to use her spa and showers. Maureen made us feel very welcome and we had a very at home feel to the house the entire stay. We enjoyed the backyard every morning and every evening. My family really appreciated that everything including the beach was walking distance from the house. We had a quiet and relaxing stay.

Wedding in Lake Geneva

We didn’t spend much time at the property because of Rehearsal dinner and Wedding. This was the best location for us. The property was very comfortable and clean.
