A604: This is a luxury 3 bed room 3 bath condo located on the 6th floor of the Avalon Tower which is Right on the Beach with a Direct Gulf view. The living room and master bedroom's tall sliding glass doors open onto the balcony with a breathtaking view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include: WiFi, granite counters, double sink master vanity and walk-in closet, jetted master tub, tall ceilings, beautiful art, quality furnishings, ceiling fans, and 4 HDTVs! At the foot of the tower, you will have access to the pool, wading pool and jacuzzi, plus the boardwalk to the beach is right past the pool. The bedding arrangement is King, King, 1 Queen & 1Twin, 2 single roll-away beds and a double inflatable bed. There is a large couch but no sleeper. All three bedrooms adjoin a full bath. All bed and bath linens are supplied and a 'starter' set of toiletries and paper goods. Bring beach towels, food, and basic kitchen and bath disposable products. The full-size kitchen is stocked with full size major stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, all minor appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Also, for your convenience, a 'stack' washer and dryer is in the utility room across from the kitchen. You can lounge and enjoy drinks and meals on the balcony or have a full meal at the dining table and bar, there is plenty of seating for all! The living room furniture is large and comfortable. You may patron the casual fine dining restaurant and bar located over the Clubhouse and its spa and salon and the shopping and dining options at the front of the property with ease, a tram runs seasonally, you never need to start your car once you arrive! Beach attendants rent beach lounger/umbrella packages, and provides rides and fun ranging from parasailing and kayaking to jet ski rides seasonally. The owner is a member of the Club, so you and your entire party will have access to their private facilities by paying a daily fee in person at the Clubhouse Desk only for the days you choose. The fee is approximately $45.00 per day for a 3 bed room condo. These amenities include: An indoor pool, fitness center, luxurious ladies and gentleman's separate locker rooms with showers and sauna, game room, large community pool with scheduled live entertainment, poolside tiki bar and grill, Jacuzzi, wading pool, tennis courts, children's activities and much more!
