TC is located in quiet, up & coming Gresham Park (a post-WWII 1950's gentrifying-neighborhood), located right off I-20 and 6 miles from the Capital, and under 10-25 mins to just about everything HOT-lanta: downtown hotels, major sports venues, convention centers, the airport, most popular tourist attractions, trendy in-town neighborhoods, restaurants, & of course our hip pedestrian BELTINE.

Why they chose this property
We are handy and creative and like projects. We bought the house from someone who had begun renovation but needed to sell. We have had such incredible fun with our airbnb in EAV, we wanted to do more. The trend in Atlanta is neighborhood gentrification. We believe Gresham Park will be the next latest and greatest neighborhood to transform itself. It's off the beaten path but super convenient location make it ideal for business travelers and Day-cationers.
