This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom "Hilton" is named Poolside Paradise TRE. It is our 3rd rental and by far the most luxurious and spacious. This home has almost 2100 sq ft of living space, which is perfect for the family vacation or two foursomes for golf. Our private, heated pool, will be the main attraction with the children and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. This screened in area with weber grill, and table for 6, is a great place to spend the evening. We provide all the grilling equipments, plates, cups, and such for a great dinner. If traditional cooking is your "thang", we have all the pots, pans, and gear for that as well. Our sun filled home comes complete with all the house towels as well as beach towels, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels and such. We even provide a high chair and portable baby crib for a comfortable and easy stay. You can enjoy a morning run to Delnor-Wiggins beach and state park or shop at the Traders Joes and Whole Foods that are less than a mile away. The "Marcato" outdoor shopping mall is a great place to window shop with an ice cream cone or take in a move at the Silver Screen.
With so much to do we are certain you will be thrilled with PoolSide Paradise TRE and we look forward to hearing from you.

The Host was very attentive when we reached out to him. This place is okay for short stay. We stayed a month. Furniture is worn. Low on utensils and kitchenware. No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Showers worked good. Great location. Refrigerator ice machine broken. plenty of ice trays,though. Swimming pool was wonderful.

The home was very nice. The air conditioning worked very well and the house was clean The only problem is the tile around the pool was very slippery. My grand children had some bad slip and falls as soon as they started swimming. I had to go and get astroturf to put around the pool to prevent this.

Clean and spacious, warm and inviting. We enjoyed the pool, rode our bikes to play tennis and drove to Delnor Wiggins State Park for the beach… white sand and clear water. Beautiful! Went snorkeling there with our own gear but only saw a few fish. Enjoyed seafood restaurant at Tin Alley, shopping and gelato at Mercato shopping center and had to check out Seed to Table. Worth the visit! Also drove around downtown Naples. Lovely! Would like more time to explore. Thank you for the comfortable and inviting house, as well as beach towels (we ended up using our own because they were bigger) and beach umbrella and chairs. If you’re looking for a clean, basic house with plenty of space and good location, I recommend!

I was disappointed in our recent stay. The size of the house was nice. The entire property was fairly clean. Adequate linens available. The flooring of the home was not safe in several areas, one covered in the kitchen with tape where floor was broken/worn out. The ice cube maker didn’t work. Moldy ice pack left in freezer. Refrigerator drawers were dirty. No hot water available in kitchen sink. Low household utensils and containers for storage in kitchen. Washer and dryer filthy. When i contacted manager he acknowledged most concerns. This could be a lovely place if kept in better shape. i was extremely disappointed.

Why they chose this property

So, why did we choose Naples and Rental properties in Naples Park? This is kinda a fun story.
It started back in 2015 with the brutal mid-west ice storm that had most of the country in fringed temperatures. Laurel wanted some "vitamin D" (sunshine) and the only place in the country above 75 was south Florida.
While I normally chose a Marriott hotel to stay, I found that renting a home from VRBO was the same daily cost, yet we had a private pool, a mile from the beach, bicycles, and kitchen for my wife and young daughter, plus a Weber grill.
When we arrived at the home, we enjoyed the stay so much that we asked the owner if we could purchase the property from him. That turned out to be our first of 3 rental properties and Poolside Paradise was formed.
