This pretty bourgeois and colored house, located in a closed residence with gate, offers a panoramic view on the sea and the village of Villefranche sur Mer .

From the gate, it will take you only 10 minutes to walk to the beach and five minutes to be in the heart of the old village of Villefranche with many restaurants and shops.
More, while staying in Villefranche sur mer you will be close to Nice and its famous Promenade des Anglais and also not far from Èze and Monaco that you can reach by car or by train, both ways offer you a great show thanks to the sea view all along the way.

The house is on 3 levels and is composed:

On the ground floor a bedroom with shower room that can form a dependance for 2 persons thanks to its independent access.

On the 1st floor a comfortable living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen (five burner cooker, built in refrigerator, dishwasher) and a guest toilet. The dinning area and its large arcades offer you one of the best spot to admire the great sea view!

On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and shower room. The 2 rooms benefit of a beautiful light and dominate the sea like the rest of the house. A small common terrace gives an access to the outside.
The villa is equipped with WIFI network, available in the house and even down at the pool.

One of the major assets of the house is its saltwater pool. It is very sunny but can be heated depending on the time of year (an additional charge may be requested) and benefits from a 100% natural treatment without chlorine.

The house is entirely equipped with air conditioning.

A petanque court and an outdoor shower also completes the many advantages that the property offers, as of the charming garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
Tennis courts are just in front of the villa and can be reserved for a tennis session.

A parking space is available outside in front of the entrance.

Check-in is from 3 pm - 7pm , for arrivals after 7 p.m., please contact us for additional charges.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, for departures outside these hours, please contact us for availability.
