REYNA 1 is a beautiful beachfront, boutique villa, perfect for your next vacation on the beach! Enjoy a dip in the jacuzzi at sunset, Or enjoy the 12' palapa by the ocean!!

It has all the amenities, including:
- Huge 12 ft palapa to lounge under
- Fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher & disposal, 6 burner gas stove, new stainless steel frig & bonus frig in the garage
- A gas BBQ & fire pot for smores
- A full patio with lounging chairs/ 6 top table, ceiling fan and outside shower
- An indoor fireplace for cooler nights
- Available chef/cooking services at an additional cost
- New linens and beach towels
- Washing machine/dryer
- 2 Bags of ice in the freezer are included

Reyna is right next to beach access so you can launch any watercraft you may have. However, no ATVs or quads are allowed on the Playa Encanto beach sadly.
