Our large bedrooms are bright and vibrant and have been carefully curated as a space for you to relax and let your hair down. The comfortable beds and premium linens ensure you get a great night’s rest every night of your stay with us! This home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and a flex room.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed to relax in. This room has a private full bathroom, so you won’t need to trek up the stairs to freshen up. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and bathtub and shower unit, so you can choose between a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower.

The second floor (main level) of this gorgeous house has another bedroom, along with common spaces. This room offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, also with a combination tub and shower. Tucked away in this room, you’ll also find a washing machine and dryer, so you’ll be able to conveniently take care of any laundry needs. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room on this level.

The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs on the third floor. The attractive primary suite is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite full bathroom here has a beautiful walk-in shower with sleek black tile work.

The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

All of our bathrooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming and are stocked with fresh towels and a starter supply of soap and shampoo. Simply perfect when you want to get cleaned up before a big night out in downtown Nashville!

The full kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances, which make it a dream to prepare delicious meals for your entire group. There’s ample space for food prep, and it’s just a couple of steps to set the beautiful, custom-made dining table. It’s the perfect space for entertaining and spending quality time together with your friends and family.

The funky living room is a wonderfully comfortable space to sit back and do absolutely nothing! A large flat-screen TV is wall-mounted and there’s not a bad spot to sit in the whole room. Grab some popcorn and enjoy a cozy movie night in, or enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and fun chats about your Nashville adventures.

You’ll also find a flex room upstairs with a comfy couch that is great for enjoying some quiet relaxation, which also doubles up as a queen sleeper sofa.

Downstairs, you’ll find a covered carport with ample parking room for two vehicles. It’s the perfect free parking space to keep your car shaded from the rain and sun! If you find you need additional parking, you can make use of the free street parking nearby.

Our modern home is conveniently located near downtown Nashville, so you’re just a short Uber or Lyft away from some of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions Nashville has to offer. You’re no more than 2 miles away from Broadway, and 15 minutes away from BNA Airport.

Guest Access:

Our guests will have access to the entirety of this beautiful Nashville home. Enjoy four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and bright, vibrant living space. Make use of the free wifi for all your streaming needs, be it for work or pleasure. You’ll also find a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

This lovely home will accommodate a maximum of 12 people and we cannot permit occupancy to exceed this number. We provide towels and linens for your guest count, so please do advise us in advance if this changes. Parking is a breeze with two free parking spots in our carport, and additional free street parking in close proximity.

Other things to note:
Please note that this house is in a semi-residential area. If you're looking for a property to host a rowdy group, this is not the right fit for you. Loud or rowdy guests will be asked to leave. It is absolutely NOT to be used as a place of business/pop-up business of ANY kind!

We respectfully request that all guests read and accept our house rules BEFORE booking:

** Our nightly minimums vary depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up-to-date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.**

** There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book this property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

** CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Check-in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am

Once booked, we will send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your entry code one day before your arrival. This code will activate on your check-in day at 4 pm and deactivate at 10 am the day you check out. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, House Rules, what we provide, and our contact info.

** EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

** LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

** LONG STAYS:
We welcome long stays and ask that you let us know of your requirements in advance. Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please be aware that this is not included in the booking price, but will be charged as an additional add-on fee.

-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.

The Neighborhood:
Although close to all of the action, the neighborhood is peaceful. The house is a short walk to popular bars, restaurants, & coffee in Melrose. Walk minutes to discover 8th Avenue's shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, (Zanie's comedy club is a 5 minute walk), or venture into town to discover its live music scene. Walk a little further or grab a Lyft and you'll be in 12South. Honky Tonk Row is only 3 miles down the road, typically a $10 Lyft ride depending on the time of day.
