Just a 3-minute drive from our home, Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood in Nashville known for its vibrant atmosphere and blend of old-world architecture with modern touches. Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. The neighborhood is walkable, with tree-lined streets and beautifully restored buildings, making it a delightful place to explore. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café. It's also home to several parks, making it perfect for both locals and visitors who enjoy a relaxed, yet lively, community vibe.

We loved our stay! We were looking for somewhere for our group of 7 adults to experience Nashville and Broadway but also not be right downtown. This was perfect! This place was decorated perfectly which added to the fun of being in Nashville! It was very clean, felt like we were the first people to stay there! The rooftop deck with fire pit was perfect to hang out on in the early morning with coffee and a fun place to enjoy a beverage after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Each room having it's own ensuite was beyond perfect for each of us to have our own space. Having a garage in a gated area was excellent, we felt very safe here. My only warning is that if you don't enjoy stairs this will not be the place for you as it is 4 floors. That was not a problem for our group though! I definitely recommend this place!

This townhome was absolutely Gorgeous. The interior decor was stunning, and everything was as pictured in the listing. The top floor housed the bunk bedroom, the game room and the beautiful rooftop. I wish we had planned more time to spend up there to actually use and take advantage of the space. There are a lot of steps, but other than that, everything was Perfect!
