PINEAPPLE POINTへようこそ–新しく完成した（2019年後期）美しいオープンコンセプトの家は、ドアを歩いた瞬間からの素晴らしい眺めを備えた4600平方フィートの美しい家です。 設備の整ったキッチンには、シンプルなものからグルメまで、食事を作るのに必要なものがすべて揃っています。 花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電化製品、スライド式キャビネット、8フィートの大きな島が自慢です。 キッチンには、グリル用のガスグリル付きのスクリーン付きのポーチとプライベートデッキがあります。 キッチンから離れた泥室には、2番目の冷蔵庫/冷凍庫と全容量の洗濯機と乾燥機があります。 パイナップルポイントは、砂浜を含む500フィート以上のウォーターフロントがある非常にプライベートな2エーカーのポイントロットにあります。 安全で楽しい水泳のための小さな入り江に位置するこの家は、アンナ湖のプライベートサイドにある「ウォーターズ」コミュニティの一部です。 ウォーターズは、アンナ湖で唯一のコミュニティスイミングプールとテニスコートがあるコミュニティです。 湖にボートを置くことができるプライベートボートの打ち上げもあります。

ベッドルームのハイライト：この家には6つのベッドルームがあり、下位レベルのマスタースイート内に2室、上位レベルのマスター内に合計7つのベッドルーム+保育園があります。 パイナップルはおもてなしと温かい歓迎のシンボルです。 レンタルに含まれるホテルグレードのマットレス、枕、リネンで快適でリラックスできることを願っています。

メインレベル：ベッドルーム1-メインレベルのマスタースイートには、キングベッド、大きなシャワーとダブルシンク付きの専用バスルームがあります。 非常に大きなクローゼットがあり、ベビーベッド、ロッキングチェア、おむつ交換台を備えた保育園になっています。 保育園ではなくクローゼットとして使用したい場合に備えて、衣服の片側を残しました。 プライベートアッパーデッキに出る9フィートの引き戸がある壮大な景色。

上の階の寝室2と3には、クイーンベッドと大きなクローゼットがあります。 彼らはバスルームを共有します。

Thanksgiving mini vacation with family.

We had a great time with family at this beautiful property. There is a plenty space for everyone, well equipped kitchen to prepare our thanksgiving meal and lot to do without leave the house. Great location, super easy access to grocery store. A place we will like to visit again.

Perfect Week

We loved staying the week at Cindy's property. She was the best host and extremely helpful leading up to the vacation with recommendations and helping us secure a boat rental. The property was even better than the pictures online and fully stocked with everything you could want for a week at a lake. The house and property were clean and comfortable. I could lounge in the hammocks and swinging chairs all day while the family fished. I would highly recommend this property! Thanks Cindy!

Great Family Reunion

We had family join us from Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee and this house had something for everyone, from water toys to tyke toys. House offered all the amenities we needed at a prime location. We had a great time!

Pineapple Point

Our multi generation family stayed for the week at Pinapple Point. We had the most amazing time! The house was beautiful, perfect location, and had all of the amenities needed for grandparents all the way to babies. Every detail had been thought out to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Spectacular!

We had an amazing stay at Pineapple Point! The house is spacious, clean and has so many amenities. All the furnishings are top notch - it does not feel like a rental home. Super clean! We loved enjoying the lake on kayaks and paddle boards and then relaxing by the firepit.

All You Need, And More!

Cindy, the property owner, was great to work with. The home and location was a dream come true. The decor was tasteful and comfortable, especially the beds! Every amenity was thought of and supplied. As each family member arrived, the first word uttered was, “WOW!”.

Wonderful week at Pineapple Point!

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s super clean and you can tell it’s very well cared for. The house is beautiful and so well stocked with everything from pantry supplies to beautiful hand soaps at every sink! The grounds are amazing! Our group ranged from six-years old to 73 years old and there was something for everyone to do. By far this is one of the best vacation rental properties we’ve stayed at.

2023 End of Summer Vacation

Everything about this property was perfect for our mini family reunion. From age 3 to age 70, everybody had a blast. We spent most of our time in the warm water floating around the boat house during the day. At night we had large family dinners made possible with the gigantic kitchen followed my sitting around the fire pit and playing games down by the dock. Cindy was a great host and readily available with any questions we had.

the house was fabulous and equipped with everything needed. It accommodated our family of 14 with room to spare.The location is awesome to watch the lake or be on it. The little kids loved the sand to play in. There is a lot of games to play both inside and outside. The owner was available and readily answered questions . We made lifelong memories and have booked for next year already!! Highly recommend this house.

Fun Spring Break

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 families - 8 adults and 8 kids age 4-12. It was a blast. The house is beautiful and functional. Unfortunately, some of us had some work, and the WiFi was excellent. The kids had so much fun playing on the huge property. They refrigerator on the dock, all of the life jackets, the paddle boat, it was all amazing. I have stayed at several different VRBOs and this ranks among the best! Cindy was also a fantastic host and was very responsive including offering to mail a left behind coat.

Superb property

This was our first visit to Lake Anna and it exceeded our expectations. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. There is something for everyone. The ages of our families ranged from 1-85. The screened in deck was perfect for my parents and we all enjoyed being together on the boat dock. We enjoyed kayaking, nighttime fires, playing games (you don’t need to bring any, the house has plenty!) and relaxing on the hammocks. The amenities at the house are endless! We rented a pontoon boat which was fun for all. Our host, Cindy, was excellent. She provided us with so much information about the house and things to do in the area. Thank you for opening your home to us. We made beautiful memories. We look forward to coming back next year!

We have been bringing our family to Lake Anna for probably 10 or more years. This home is by far the cleanest and best equipped home we have stayed in. The boathouse is especially nice. Has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation on the lake. That was our favorite place because that is where we spend most of the day. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation.

We had the most amazing family Thanksgiving!!

The property/house was exactly as shown, very clean and nicely decorated. The setting overlooking Lake Anna was so beautiful from sunrise to sunset. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed cooking together on the spacious well-stocked kitchen. What a great place for all of to meet and spend time together!

Amazing family-friendly place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We are a large family (8 adults and 3 kids 2 and under) and this was perfect for us. Cindy was an incredible host who truly anticipated every need. She had toys and a large baby gate, a well stocked kitchen, floats for all ages, and so much more. The little beach area and shallow lake edge were perfect for the babies and the adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was very clean and stylish with ample room for each family. This is really the best place we’ve stayed as a family and we highly recommend it.

Perfect spot on the private side of the lake!

Pineapple Point was everything we expected it to be. Its the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. The house had everything wee needed to keep us occupied for the entire week. Cindy is the best and her house doesn't disappoint. Thanks for an unforgettable week at Lake Anna.

A Wonderful experience.

Pineapple Point was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house itself is beautiful with lovely lake views and is very well appointed. We had everything we needed. However, the outdoor areas were the highlights of the property. The boat house with screened in deck area was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The beach area with Palapa for shade was a great place to sit on those hot days this past week. The wooded area of the lot has a more rustic feel with wood benches and fire pit area that also provides shade and a breeze off the lake. The outdoor sports equipment was enjoyed by all. My 7 year old grandson was the captain of the pedal boat and spent a lot of time pedaling his little cousin around the cove. The cove was great place for the kids to kayak and paddle board also. Cindy is a gracious host and it shows that she is interested assuring her guests have a positive experience. And we certainly did. We hope to come back. Thank you.

Immaculate and Fun

We spent a week at Pineapple Point with our children and grandchildren and had a great time. The house was immaculate and one of the most equipped we have stayed in both inside and outside. There were all types of outdoor lake equipment to use and a beautiful boat house/dock for sitting and hanging out. The Solo fire pit was also a great addition as there was a chilly night and it was perfect. This house was well thought out for a variety of vacationers. Cindy was so easy and efficient in the check-in/checkout process and was always to available if needed. We are looking forward to returning to this property again!!!!!
