Enjoy SERENITY COVE, our luxury LAKEFRONT 7 BR / 7.5 Bath with HUGE BOATHOUSE, great for all-day fun, less than 100 steps to lake/beach. Peaceful and quiet cove with open water views on Public side of Lake Anna. Non-motorized watercraft included for guests use (kayaks/paddleboard, floating devices).
Bring (or rent) your own watercraft and dock it at our boathouse. No summer algae blooms here. Starlink High Speed Wifi/internet with YouTubeTV, Netflix and SONOS with 3 audio zones included. Located very close to Pleasant's Landing Marina (2 min by boat; 4 min by car). Tons of activities available for all ages. Book early - repeat guests coming back each year.

Winter Holidays: Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years - 4 night min.

Washington DC area: 90 minutes

Our stay was amazing! We had a great time with our whole family - from ages 5 to 75. The lake was so relaxing - there are kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, everything! The owners were attentive and extremely responsive. I highly, highly recommend this home if you are looking for a family centered, relaxing, fun-filled vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Serenity Cove! The home is beautiful and well appointed. The boat house is fantastic and has lots of space to enjoy the peaceful cove and watch the bald eagle nesting in the trees. Had a great time. Highly recommend.

Another Family Gathering at Lake Anna

We had another lovely family gathering at Serenity Cove in Lake Anna. We have stayed here before, and find the lake house well suited to our needs. The bedrooms have king beds, and a large open family room and kitchen. The hosts supply an excellent range of paddle boards and kayaks which we enjoy using. They are also very responsive to questions, and quickly answered our few questions during our stay. The house is situated on a pleasant quiet cove that has only one other house and is not subject to many passing boats. Also, a nice spot for bird watchers. During our stay we rented a pontoon boat for three days from Boato which delivered the boat directly to our dock.

Beautiful Lakefront property

New, clean fully equipped home and boathouse. We spent a short time but will definitely rent this again. The bedrooms are spacious, living room and open kitchen plan provide good entertaining space. Basement is furnished and has extra beds for young kids . Ideal for families and group of friends looking for a good getaway for the summer. Property managers are friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend this place .

Great after Christmas weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Serenity Cove. The house was comfortable and clean and was appropriately stocked for a vacation rental. We had plenty of space for our group of 14 to spread out and enjoy the house and amenities. Being right on the lake with the boathouse was great even in December, as we still kayaked, fished and the kids jumpedin the lake. Having the firepit, outdoor grill and game room downstairs was great too. It was a great time.

We had a wonderful time celebrating and catching up with old friends in this very large, beautiful and well laid out home. The only complaint is from the lone fisherman in our group because the fish weren’t biting. This would be a perfect spot for a big family reunion.

We loved this property as soon as we walked in the door!! Spacious, everything new, thoughtful touches, the view, the dock, the games! All this in basically your own private, secluded mini cove! I will definitely be back! Recommend Boato if you want to rent a boat - they were great and reasonably priced.

We had the best family vacation! The house is just so perfect! The space is amazing, the boat house had everything we needed from paddle boards, kayaks, life vest, floats and plenty of seating for the entire family. The cove was perfect for our family to spend the day in the water. I cannot say enough good about this house, location, and the hosts! So much fun for the whole group!

Beautiful home with just about everything one would need and more. Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing, dock for a pontoon boat. Plenty of water toys. Game room for our kids ages 2 1/2 to 14. We loved our stay.

We are from Northern Virginia and have been traveling to Lake Anna (LKA) with our family and friends since 2015. We were not familiar with the lake at first, and now we know quite a bit about all the ins and out of the lake. It continues to get better every year. There is so much to do on the lake, whether it's fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding jet skiing, wake surfing, wake boarding, tubing or just motoring around. Around the lake, there are plenty of great dining options, wineries, breweries and cideries. The list of options continues to grow every year.

We have created so many amazing memories at the lake, it's a special place for our family and for other family and friends which we have had the opportunity to share those experiences with. We are grateful to be able to share this NEW amazing property with you as a guest in our home. We hope you enjoy the property and the area as much as we do! Happy memories!

Why they chose this property

After traveling to LKA a few times on family vacation and learning that "Life is better at the lake", in 2019 we decided to purchase our first property (Sunshine Cove VRBO 1711739). And, we were so fortunate to live next to a premier home builder, who offered to build for us on this special lot. We are so impressed with the lot and even more impressed with the design and construction of this newly built home, now called Serenity Cove. The name speaks for itself, because the beauty is so serene and it's just an amazing place to relax and unwind.It truly is a masterpiece and we are grateful to be able to share it with our guests!

What makes this property unique

There are too many to list here. LAKEFRONT. The massive boathouse with ability to dock your own watercraft here. Swim right out from the natural sandy beach. The property is located in a small cove with only one other house/boathouse, and no boat traffic, so its really peaceful. Water depth is 6-8' in the cove for great a day float, swimming and non-motorized watersports, and we include these toys for our guests use. Easy access to open water with great fishing, including the prized striped bass. The house has an absolutely amazing layout with sweeping lakeviews and natural light. Numerous areas with the home for congregating with large groups, or the ability to tuck away in a cozy section of the house for some peace and quiet. Plenty of family games and amazing luxury kitchen perfect for multi-family get-togethers. Easy access to Pleasant's Landing marina with new fantastic Mexican restaurant (El Gran Patron).
