Great apartment in superb location

Very well appointed and comfortable. Nice touches throughout - coffee, snacks, shower products, etc. was exactly like advertised/ photographed online. Great location for us in between kids homes- we will be back on next visit!

Wonderful

My family stayed here for a week and the owners thought about every little detail that you may need to feel right at home. We will definitely be back! There were so many towns near by, plenty of hiking, and beautiful scenery!

Great Place to Stay

Clean, comfortable, and overall very satisfactory. It was a very hot week during our stay, as temperatures were 20 degrees above normal. Apartment remained very cool and house had all needed amenities.

Delightful place in quaint community!

Clean, cute, just the right size! Amazing bathroom & master, many, many, thoughtful amenities like outlets and lights in all the right places as well as extras like coffee, games, lots of fluffy towels, etc. Springville is charming and surprisingly a lot to do! We ran out of town and will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Gymnastics camp

My daughter was at a Gymnastics camp at BYU and we chose this nice Vrbo. It was an easy trip to BYU and there is a quite a bit to do close by. The shower was absolutely crazy but we figured it out. It was clean and fit us pretty good. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent Features, Cozy Spot, Great Value

This is one of the most well decorated and clean Vrbo I have stayed at. I was always charmed to find some new detail put into the design. We used the accommodation as a place to stay while we skied. The owner was very responsive. The shower was amazing. A few snacks and drinks were provided. Entry was easy.

The place is clean. I wish i had seen his review, but i didnt look hard enough because all were 5 stars. I was awoken at 12am 2am and 6am on Sunday. There is normal walking and heavy footsteps. During the day is fine, but to be woke up by the host upstairs is bs. I could hear conversions at 11pm before falling asleep monday night. I was so aware of how loud they were i felt it would be bothersome for me to talk on the phone. Oh well like i said it was a decent place, it just has those disappointing things. Be sure to take something to help you sleep through the noise upstairs in the middle of the night. Sound deading wont help in this circumstance.

Cozy home away from home

This place has everything a family needs to have a relaxing vacation. From the time we arrived, we were happy with the selection of our stay. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. While this place can seem cozy, the owner is efficient with the space and there is a place to put all of your things. The place is decorated with a modern touch but still feels like home. All of the appliances are new - from the washer/dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, and even the showerhead! Taking showers with 8 different settings just because you can, all while in the chill blue mood lighting says, “you’re on vacation.” The master bedroom has a different kind of feel to it as there are no windows, but perfect for sleeping in or taking a nap. The electric outlets include USB ports as well as traditional prong, which is very convenient. Our 3 girls enjoyed the triple bunkbeds, in which each bunk had its own dimming light with usb and traditional prong charge ports. The arcade was a great treat for the kids, but Dad put in more hours than anybody. Popular games of the 90s like X-men, Simpsons, and TMNT will bring nostalgia and peace of mind that you won’t run out of quarters. The TV is huge and has every popular streaming platform to enjoy whatever you want. The kitchen is large enough to cook for a whole family. The Keurig coffee maker and the complimentary jars of candy were a welcome amenity after a long road trip. The property is nestled into a great neighborhood. There is a huge park just a block west of the property. Smith’s (Kroger) Marketplace and Walmart are just minutes away for anything you may need. The owners are very responsive to any question or concern you may have. After learning we are wimps to the cold, they provided a space heater in addition to their perfectly working heat. We will definitely be staying at this location, if available, the next time we are in Springville.

Nice and cozy!

Absolutely perfect! Our family loved this little apartment. It had everything we needed for our quick stay in Utah for a cousin’s wedding. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed and felt so luxurious with all the neat upgrades! The video game was a hit with dad and the kids! The shower was cool! The beds were so comfy and soft! It was a great experience and would definitely recommend and would also stay here again!

Great property in a great location.

My son described this apartment as 'authentic' when we first checked in. Visually, the place is very modern with a lot of fun details. Since we were going to be here for the better part of two weeks (in town for BYU sports camps for my son), the first thing we checked out was the kitchen to know what cooking was going to be like. Natural Gas range, big sink, and semi-stocked pantry (lots of spices, and a few other non-perishable items) were all big positives. Plenty of flatware, plates, cups, etc. are expected and we were pleased to see a large range of other kitchen essentials (baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots, casserole dishes, etc.). We had a lot of fun preparing meals while we were there. No dishwasher, but plenty of devices for washing dishes by hand including a drying rack. Our only real issue with our whole stay was when we accidentally spilled some water on the floor and in wiping it up discovered the kitchen floor was a little grimy. We bought some Swiffer wet mop pads and it cleaned up quickly. Plenty of closet space in the bedrooms, the bathroom was pretty fancy and we had plenty of hot water for all three of us. The Roku TV in the living room was signed into just about every streaming service I can think of - though I suspect some of those are from previous tenants who didn't sign out. My wife and I were working remote while our son was at camp - she worked at the large bar top in the kitchen or outside at the table there while I took over the desk in the living area. Wifi speeds were great, the one time we had some connectivity issues the host resolved them within 10 minutes which is great. Upstairs neighbors (the hosts?) were quiet, we never had any noise complaints. The streets in the area have sidewalks most of the way, there's a nice part just a 7 minute walk away where we played some soccer or just walked laps. Quiet neighborhood - even on the 4th of July it wasn't too loud. Location is pretty great too, it's a 15 minute drive to BYU campus and it's not too far away from either a Smith's or a Walmart. We would definitely stay here again next year if it's available.

Best experience at a VRBO yet!!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and I can say with enthusiasm that this property was the cleanest, well decorated, and welcoming due to all the thoughtful and smart extras that the owners included like fluffy robes, snacks and water bottles upon arrival, as well as the kitchen, bathroom and laundry were stocked with all the basics! We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness and quality of all the bedding and towels and slept wonderfully on the comfy beds! All of us loved the spa like shower!! From the cleanliness and darling decor to the almost immediate responsiveness of the owner this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a VRBO!! My mother, my two college age daughters, and myself stayed here for my soon to be daughter-in-law’s bridal shower and it was the perfect size for us! We will definitely stay here anytime we’re back!

5 stars? Pshhh, more like 10 stars!!

I said it once and I'll say it again. WOW! WOW! WOOOWWW!!! We had a blast at this property. As soon as we walked in we were blown away. The attention to every single detail, the cleanliness and over all vibe of this pad was ABSOLUTELY SUPREME. I wonder if they'd come make over my California home?! The hosts were so wonderful and super communicative. They provided lots of extras which we used multiple times, including lists of local to dos and favorite restaurants with menus and even dish recommendations! They even had a foot massager!! This was an adult trip but we can't wait to book again with our 3 kids. They'll go crazy for the triple bunk beds, arcade and rain shower! Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Cozy Home Away from Home

This rental apartment was larger than expected. The pictures are exactly what is there and very nicely decorated. It is very clean. Beds were super comfy. It had everything you would need and more in amenities. It's a quiet location away from the crowds. Hosts were responsive from the time of booking until we checked out with any questions we had. We were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

It was the perfect location for us going between Provo and Payson all week. The house had everything we needed as far as kitchen amenities. It had a beautiful bathroom and laundry inside the unit. My 12 year old son loved the arcade game. It kept him busy much of the time we were at the place. We had plenty of space for what we needed. Owners were great to communicate with if we needed anything. Couldn't have been better for us!

With land becoming more scarce in Utah county, we felt extremely lucky to find a half acre lot in a Cul-de-sac road. We're right up against the Wasatch mountains, overlooking the city of Springville. We have a fantastic neighborhood with great people. We love it here.
