  • Perfect place for my BYU Campus Visit

"I spent Labor Day weekend in Provo visiting friends and family, along with a trip to BYU Campus. This property exceeded my expectations in every way. Brand new and beautifully appointed, with every detail considered. The kitchen was well equiped and the layout is large and flowing. The Master Bedroom was huge and I loved the matress on the bed. This is a gem that I'll use every trip to Provo/Orem."

  • Immersed in nature but tricky staircase

"Pros: -Beautiful and tranquil cabin near Sundance resort -On a river -Fire pit -Secluded & quiet Cons: -2nd bedroom and loft up extremely steep staircase--more of a ladder than stairs. Can be dangerous, my 11 yr old fell/slipped coming down and got all scratched up -small beds (There were 8 of us and one of us had to sleep on a couch). Only sleeps 6 comfortably unless don't mind pairing up on full mattresses We totally loved it and would definitely stay there again. One of the most beautiful and tranquil places we ever stayed. Just be aware of the cons, not all families would be comfortable going up/down that steep staircase"

  • Beautiful location and cabin. Plenty of room for gathering in the great room.

"Pamela and Lynn were great host's. Only one fireplace functioned properly and the man cave was too cold to utilize. Overall a great venue for the price."

  • Beautiful; open floor plan; ideal home base when visiting Provo.

"We have three kids at BYU, and Juli's house was a perfect venue to be close to them, and have them gather with us during our recent week in Utah. Her home is beautiful, has high quality furnishings, yet it is warm and welcoming. The living spaces are better in real life than they appear in the pictures. The rooms are large, light, and aesthetically pleasing -- the main living/dining/kitchen area creates a wonderfully natural gathering area. Beds and furniture are comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and secure (it was easy to get a good night's rest). Ideally located for access to BYU, Provo Canyon, etc. We felt immediately at home; we absolutely recommend it."
