Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

Wir waren zu acht in der Villa und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist schön abgelegen, perfekt für private Zeit mit der Gruppe. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Gastgeber war stets gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Als kleiner Tipp: Etwas mehr Bepflanzung im Garten rund um den Pool zur Straße würde für noch mehr Privatsphäre sorgen. Ansonsten gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die ruhige Lage, die Landwirtschaft rund um die Unterkunft, der Weltklasse-Pool, die bequemen Betten, der Grill, generell die Räumlichkeiten Ausstattung der Küche (scharfe Messer, größere Kaffeemaschine, mehr Schüsseln und Behälter für übriggebliebenes Essen), Küche praktischer einräumen (Teller in die Nähe des Esstisches, z.B. in den Schrank neben dem Gefrierschrank).

Wunderschönes, ruhiges, modernes Anwesen in Sa Pobla

Moderne, gehobene und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung. Wunderschöne Villa. Wunderbarer Blick zum Tramuntana Gebirge. Sehr ruhige Lage, die unseren Urlaub sehr gelungen und erholsam gestaltete. Sa Pobla, mit dem Auto 2 min entfernt, ist eine kleine, sehr schöne mallorquinische Stadt, die alles zu bieten hat. Pitoreske Straßen, wunderschöne Plätze zum verweilen, gute Restaurants und gut ausgestattete Supermärkte. Auch die Nähe zu Inca ist ist hervorzuheben. Vor allem aber die tolle Betreuung durch 5Starshome ist unübertrefflich. Ein paar mehr Bäume wären schön gewesen, möchte der Vermieter aber nicht ... da das Anwesen von Landwirtschaft umgeben ist, ist der typische Geruch natürlich auch ab und zu da

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette villa à Sa Pobla (Majorque). La maison etait propre et bien entretenue. Situé dans un endroit paisible (nécéssite toutefois un véhicule). Le propriétaire et le gestionnaire etaient très accueillant et toujours disponible. Nous recommandons la villa!

Es war ein toller Urlaub

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern dort. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz. Ein sehr großes Grundstück. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen. Auch eine kleine Reparatur im Haus, wurde innerhalb von 2 Stunden von einem Techniker aufgehoben. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen!

Superbe villa dans un endroit hyper calme

La villa tout simplement, très bien équipée, nous n avons manqué de rien. Il manque des jeux pour les enfants et même pour les adultes, une table de ping ping et un baby foot auraient été parfait, de même qu un jeu de pétanque, il y a largement la place autour de la maison. En ce qui concerne l environnement, çà manque de végétation, style palmier ou autres arbres pour avoir de l ombre, la propriété fait un peu vide compte tenu de la grandeur du terrain. Attention au frais d électricité qui ne sont pas à négliger surtout avec la climatisation.

Nice stay at the Villa

It was a nice week with my friends in this villa. The villa was top notch with 5 star luxury. The pool with hot tub was an extra that we used a lot. The location was perfect, just outside a village so you were not bothered by anyone. Only downside were the mosquitoes that sometimes come all together and this was a nuisance during dinner. Unfortunately I called 5starshome 2 times with questions but unfortunately I was not called back and I had to call again to ask if my question could be answered.

VERY SPACIOUS FAB VILLA, GROUNDS AND POOL. GREAT FOR 7 OF US. TECH WAS CHALLENGING EVEN TO TURN ON LIGHTS. WE COULDNT ACCESS AIR CON IN MAIN LIVING AREA, A BROUCHURE WOULD HELP. LOTS OF SHADE ALL DAY BUT THE UPPER BEDROOM HAD NO BLINDS BUT SUPERB VIEWS. TODDLER ENJOYED SLIDE AND PLAY HOUSE

Suuuuper Poool!!

Der Gesamteindruck war gut, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir genossen 2 Ferienwochen in dieser Villa mit unserer Familie. Die Übergabe war nett, jedoch konnte man nicht alles erklären. Am Anfang liefen div. Geräte nicht, was wir mit den sehr netten Besitzern selber regeln konnten. Es war nicht alles ganz sauber. Alter Grill, nicht dem Standard des Hauses entsprechend. Wir bekamen einen neuen einfachen. Haus wurde ca. 2007 gebaut, nicht so wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich nicht neu., sehr gebraucht. Auf Terrasse kann man nicht, so wie im Beschreib, kein Geländer. Strom muss einzeln bezahlt werden, nicht nur Klima und Heizung. Macht für 2 Wochen Ferien ohne Klimabenutzung stolze 200 Euro zusätzlich! Muss unbedingt im Preis einberechnet werden. Wichtig: Es braucht genaue Einführung der elektr. Steuerung durch Hausbesitzer. Zusätzliche Kosten von FeWo-direkt von ca. 200 Euro für angeblichen Vollservice, völlig übergrissen. Vor Ort wird man betreut von 5 Stars home! Bitte diese Sachen ändern und erwähnen.

Schöne moderne Villa

Die Finca war sehr modern und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Inmitten von bewirtschafteten Feldern sehr ruhig gelegen und toller Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Allerding blieb der typische Feldergeruch (Düngung und Feuer) nicht immer aus.... Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch 5 Stars home und die Besitzer... können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!
