This unit was extremely clean and exactly how it is pictured. Very convenient to the aquarium, kids museum and restaurants. The only reason we didn’t give it a 5 was because the pool was super small and we couldn’t use it one day as it was way too crowded. The other reason was due to access to getting in and out of the building and condo. Two different long digit codes made it a little difficult. Overall, it’s a great place.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the pool and the building’s security access. While the pool size and occasional crowding are managed by the condominium association, we understand how that could impact your stay. The building’s entry system is designed for guest security, and we realize using two access codes can take a little getting used to. We visited the Aquarium, Rock City, and Coolidge Park. This was a lovely place to stay and has restaurants within walking distance. It was a nice place to stay.

This condo was exactly was described. Location was great to downtown, and the restaurant across the street was perfect! Communication with the host was exceptional. There was an incident with a tenant that lived in the building where the pool was located, but after speaking with a host it seems as if it is a reoccurring problem with this tenant and he just doesn't care for the condo sharing facilities. However, I would definitely book and stay here again.

This condo was perfectly located for our graduation weekend with our daughter. So clean, everything we needed, more than enough space for our family. One thing to note, the VERY NICE sofa in the living room area is a pull out queen! Woot! That’s the third bedroom noted in the description.Fantastic place! DEFINITELY would stay there again for a fun trip to a super fun town.

Very clean and modern place, close to everything you’ll want to explore, great communication from the host! It was everything we needed while my daughter was attending an event at the Conference Center. I was able to continue my remote work in a great environment, plus take some time to walk and enjoy the city. If we are ever back here, I will 100% book this again!!

This is not a 3 bedroom condo. It has 2 bedrooms and a very small sleeper sofa with no privacy. It’s in the area where everyone gathers and walks into kitchen a few steps away. It’s fine if you don’t actually care that you are only getting 2 bedrooms but I don’t want anyone to be misled as I was. Disappointing that owners can describe condo as “3 bedrooms” when it is not.

A very clean and freshly updated condo near the river not quite 1 mile from the Aquarium. Parkway Pourhouse is a sports bar directly across the street. We ate there the 2 nights we stayed. Great food and staff!We would definitely stay here again!
