Our stay was ok. The whole issue with the air conditioning was not acceptable. We could not get the house below 75 degrees, the upstairs was even hotter making it hard to sleep. The house itself was very nice and well equipped, but I doubt I would rent again in that community. We were told that the air conditioning could not handle the higher heat outside and that the inside of the house should only be 15 degrees cooler than outside. So on the days it was 100 degrees the house could only be at 85. That was ridiculous. We did call the rental agency about the air and they responded promptly but could not figure out the issue. They called a service to come look it. We were told the service would be there at 10 am, and they showed up at 6 pm. The technician said the unit was low on Freon and he put more in but the house the house still stayed at 75. The front door handle also came off but was quickly repaired.
