We very much enjoyed our time in the condo- spending a lot of time at the beach! Nothing better than in early morning hours we sat on the deck and listened to the ocean waves! In spite of a storm that went thru and that possibly set off the fire alarm system, we had a great time! Some of the cookie sheets and pans had some age on them, but we made do! We will most definitely come back!

Nice vacation stay/great location

Nice property in great location. If you’re looking for a laid back family beach and property this is a great option. We did have issues with the dryer not working during our stay and would’ve loved to have had this info score our trip to allow us to prepare, but other than that we had a great week.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The third bedroom was a tad smaller than we thought (based on the pictures), but it did not impact our overall experience. Communication with management was quick and effective. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great Stay for the Whole Family

This condo was perfect for our stay at Topsail Beach! We are a family of four and traveled with my in-laws. There was plenty of space for all of us and the location was perfect. Can't beat the view off the balcony! Super easy access to the beach and pool. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Weather

Very nice and clean condo with great ocean views --in addition to the unobstructed view of the dilapidated and inoperable indoor pool and hot tube.

N Topsail Beach

Excellent facility right on the beach. Only problem was inoperative wi-fi that created some communication problems, but all in all it was a great visit with our grandson who is in training at Camp Lejeune. We were compensated for the lack of wi-fi.

Beautiful location. Updated condo although with very cheap furniture. Most beds comfortable.

Add to posting: bring liquid detergent for HE washer. Please providing baking sheets. Otherwise all great.

View was wonderful, and so was front desk staff. Facility was nice with pools, gym, etcOur unit had broken vertical blinds, only 7 forks, 7 spoons (so we had to wash after every use). Serving utensils from dollar store, bent, flimsy. No toilet paper, sponge, soap or kitchen towels. Would NOT recommend this unit.

Condos was nicely furnished. It was simply decorated and not cluttered. The coffe pot needs replaced and upgraded.However the condo was not very clean. Please note they did come and re do the floors. Fridge shelf was missing and wine fridge was not plugged in. We saw 1 cockroach. The worst was walking by the unworking hot tub area. There was a broken toilet sitting under the building. Please note I did not care the hot tub area was not working but it did not look very nice and I feel they could have done a much better job closing it up and take the non working toilet away! We passed it on our way to the beach.
