Great location, plenty of space for the family. We enjoyed or stay. Would’ve given a 5* but lack of communication in the listing prior to our stay, knowing more than a few days before about the beach access being unavailable and 7stories of scaffolding off our balcony could’ve helped. Overall great experience, the condo is a little dated.

Great for our short stay

This was a great place for our family to stay for a couple of days. The unit could use a couple of minor upgrades, but it wasn't anything that would keep us from coming back.

The view was great, the beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean. If you decide to stay here, be sure to pack your own cookware, drink ware, silverware, hangers, and headlamps!

We loved the view! It’s a great condo, just needs some TLC! We had friends stay at other condos and they are renovated and much nicer. Owners closet was left open very messy. Kitchen needs more items and ice maker broken.

Nice place but needs a few kitchen items

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was-furnished and had a great view of the beach. However, it was lacking in a few basic kitchen supplies. It only had two or three full size drinking glasses. Most were tiny jelly jars. Also, there were only a couple spoons-- definitely not enough for 8 people.

Beachfront Oasis

Went to this lovely condo as a birthday vacay. The place was very nice and the views were spectacular! In the evening my family and I would sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sound of someone walking & playing bagpipes on the beach. The resort itself is wonderful The condo was just one floor down from the resort restaurant which made it quite convenient to pop up there to get dinner and enjoy the panoramic views from the dining room. My family also enjoyed the game room that was onsite. This was our first trip to Topsail and it did not disappoint!

Roach infested!!!

Very clean upon arrival, then the roaches arrived. Contacted Vacasa to report and nothing was done. Kept brushing it off and telling us they had to reach out to local management. No one ever contacted us. Definitely didn't expect to stress and worry about roaches while on vacation!!! Plan to contact BBB and the local health department. Overall, nice condo, a little outdated...but the roaches ruined it.

Perfect low key getaway

Once we got past the check-in process, the St. Regis complex was just what our family needed. Complete with basketball court, pickle ball, playground, lawn checkers, putting green, and best of all direct beach access with a magnificent morning sunshine beach view. Pool was closed for maintenance. Quick, driving access to pier fishing, shopping and restaurants in surf city. Condo was good for our family with ample sleeping room and comfy beds. Kitchen and living room are very basic and would benefit from updating basic cooking utensils and pots/pans as well as living room seating. A few chairs (indoor and outdoor) were broken upon arrival and reported immediately when we found them. Overall nice place, beautiful view and easy beach access and would definitely look into an afternoon sun suite at the St. Regis complex vs this unit which is morning sun.

Relaxing Stay

Very nice vacation, always love staying at St. Regis, hopefully soon they will get the indoor pool and hot tub up and running, but other than that no complaints. Very clean and had everything we needed, but honestly could use a couple newer pans for cooking, but if that is the worst thing I can think of, I'll take it!
