This three-bedroom Residencias Reef penthouse offers truly deluxe accommodations with a giant private roof deck and outdoor jacuzzi.

You'll have an extra 2,500 square feet of luxurious rooftop space to kick back with your group (or even invite new friends!) Enjoy ocean breezes and 180-degree views. The private outdoor living/dining area makes a perfect spot for a Sunday barbecue and cocktails, with a full kitchen, BBQ grill, refrigerator, and wine cooler.

Even better, you're just steps from one of Cozumel's best white sand beaches, and two spacious heated pools. Residencias Reef boasts the island's most spacious grounds, with a beach that stretches for miles, beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, and a nearby dock for dive boat pickup.

At a 20 minute drive from downtown Cozumel, you can bask in oceanside serenity or easily head into town for dinner.

Inside, the 3,500 square foot main floor of the unit, you'll find sweeping ocean views in almost every room, and the comfort of high-end furniture imported from the U.S.

Relax on the oversized cushy couches after a long day on the water exploring Cozumel's rainbow of reef life. Or, prepare fresh foods in the large fully-equipped kitchen.

A rattan dining area seats six, plus there's a breakfast nook for four and outdoor seating for six. This level has its own ample terrace with tables and chairs–perfect for watching the sky burst into color each evening during Cozumel's famed sunsets.

Each bedroom is roomy and includes a private, tiled bath. The first master bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, terrace access, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. Another master suite offers a queen bed, ocean-view terrace access, an l-shaped leather sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and jungle views.

Amenities here are among Cozumel's best and include central air, modern top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, fiber optic cable, 24-hour security, and access to lots of beach toys like paddleboards and sea kayaks at the nearby beach clubs. During the day, you can walk to a variety of beach restaurants including Carlos 'N' Charlie's and San Francisco beach club.

Amazing condo

Great trip with the family. The condo is very large. Just like the pictures. Clean, well appointed and check in was a breeze. Hot tub is directly above master bed and is very loud. No way to turn it off either. Could use more towels as well. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great Dive trip

Great property. Fresh and virtually new. Everything you need is here. Fulvio is great and responsive. Minor nits - paddle board not available with this unit and use of the dock is not free unless diving with certain dive shops. Otherwise there is a $5 per person per day fee. However, no one ever checked to see if we had purchased a wristband. Form what we heard they rarely do. All things considered we loved the property and amenities and would stay again.

Our stay at this location was great. This was our first time travelling to Cozumel and I wasn't sure what part of the island to stay on. We lucked out when this property was available for the days we needed. First of all, we couldn't believe the amazing view from each window and patio. Wow! The ocean views were incredible. Our unit was clean and nice. The penthouse deck up top was awesome. All of the furnishings were new and nice. The staff was really friendly and quick to respond. The pools and beach were really clean. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet and private it felt. Even at the pool, it was low key and mellow. There was never too many people there at once. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Little bit of everything

This property not only offers a killer view, but easy access to the beach. The pictures do not do it justice to how beautiful it is. Very clean and up to date appliances. Made it easy to do dine in because they had everything you need. Fulvio, the property manager, was quick to answer any of my questions before our vacation and during. The security guards were very helpful when we had questions or needed directions. They also offered good contacts for snorkeling! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. 3 couples, each with their own bed and private bathroom. There is a nice common area indoor and huge space outdoors with a grill and a hot tub. Bonuses: extra bathroom upstairs, washer and dryer. safe for passports and wallets. Endless amounts colligan water jugs. Never ran out of fresh water. Daily housekeeper. Water toys like boogie boards and pool noodles. Private beach. And two pools. Location is about 10-15 minutes south of downtown. I highly recommend this property if your looking for a relaxing, quite stay.

BEST place on the island!

Wow! This was a BEAUTIFUL condo and EXACTLY what my family was looking for! The upstairs living area/patio is absolutely perfect and we spent hours up there talking, laughing, and enjoying the amazing views. Fulvio and everyone else there was beyond friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our time at Residencias Reef perfect! This has to be the most beautiful and perfect place to stay in all of Cozumel and we can’t say enough good things about our time there. Would rate it much higher if possible!

Beautiful Place

If you are tired of Hotels and want to try something else, this place is very nice. They had the groceries we selected in our condo when we arrived. The views are spectacular. Easy walk along the beach to various beach clubs. I would stay hear again without hesitation.

Grandparents retreat

Lovely experience. Beautiful space. We had rain everyday so having the extra space made us all more comfortable. We arranged cook services for 3 days and grocery service. What a fabulous decision. I feel like I had a total vacation, pampered and well fed.
