** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Please note that parking at the condominium complex is limited, so if you have a vehicle, you may not be able to park it in the El Cantil garage. The security of El Cantil will direct you as to whether you can park there or not, and if not, there is parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street.
- There is NOT washer and dryer available for guest use at this property. The cleaning staff can do laundry for you for a reasonable fee.
- Please note that even though there is a jacuzzi on the balcony, it is currently out of service.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-El Cantil is located in a downtown area, so some noise from nearby resorts, events, or the highway is possible.
