Nicely appointed and very clean house in a superb location. We had a “great weather” weekend in October. Sunny and 70*. It was in a super location as the house was convenient to boardwalk. We thought it a bit pricey for the time of year that we stayed but that’s the market I guess. And VRBO has to get their cut too. Thanks for having us!

Rating: (4 out of 5)We had an enjoyable weekend stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and the owner’s communication was excellent — they were very accommodating, even allowing us extra time to check in and out due to the approaching coastal storm, which we really appreciated.The inside of the property was pleasant, though the exterior could use a little refreshing or a new coat of paint to better match the nice interior. The blinds on the front door were a bit short for the window opening, which made the first-floor location feel a little less private from the sidewalk and porch.There were no basic kitchen amenities such as salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, or plastic wrap, so guests may want to bring those along. We also missed having access to local live news, but the variety of cable channels was a plus.Overall, it’s a comfortable place for a short stay, especially with such a responsive and considerate host, though it might be even better suited for longer visits where guests can bring more of their own essentials.

House was beautiful on the inside. Looks like it was recently renovated. Outside could use some work but didn’t take away from the overall experience. One negative was shower drained very slowly which caused it to fill with water. Overall, great experience at this property.

Our family stay was highly enjoyed by all. This house checked every box for us, it’s super close to the beach making trips back to the house for lunch incredibly easy. It was removed just enough from the cluster of shops so that it was peaceful and quiet however the teens could easily walk to the boardwalk. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Inside is spacious and open with a great dining table to fit all.

Great OCNJ getaway!

Perfect OCNJ getaway with our family. The newly renovated property was perfect for our family (ranging from 3-15), close beach and boardwalk access. Would recommend. The owners were very responsive before, during and after our stay.

Off Season stay

My family of 5 just stayed at this property for a couple nights over Thanksgiving, and all was great. The house was just as described online. Most importantly, the house was very neat, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful weekend with family

Jon and Julia responded to all of our concerns very quickly. Because of this, we were able to move forward and have a wonderful family vacation over the weekend. The kitchen and bathrooms all updated. The grandkids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The queen beds were very comfortable.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house. It is unassuming as you walk up to it, but once you are inside you'll notice that it is well appointed, clean, and spacious. Was a great stay for our family of four +2! Great location, close to the beach and boardwalk. Recommended!

Ocean city getaway

The property lived up to its description. The house was a short walk to the beach and parking was ample. We were also able to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City!
