Overall the stay was pleasant. The only hiccup was the heat going out on the main floor on the second night. The host stayed in communication with me on the matter at hand and was able to accommodate me and my guests with space heaters for our last night. The place was clean, easy to find, easy check in. The space was suitable for all of my guests and activities were close by the lodge.

We were extremely happy with our stay! The VRBO is so close to Dollywood, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge (made it the perfect location). The cabin felt very cozy, but still had plenty of space for our entire group to spread out comfortably. I was traveling with both elderly parents with mobility challenges and my 4 year old son, and it truly worked well for everyone. The layout was easy to navigate, and everyone felt comfortable during our stay.The host was fantastic! Our communication was quick, polite, and very accommodating anytime I had a question. Check-in was incredibly easy, and check-out was completely seamless and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

We had a group of 11 adults and it was still quite roomy. The cabin was very clean and the hosts were very kind and responded quickly to any questions. We loved how close it was to the attractions of pigeon forge and gatlinburg but still had a beautiful mountain view!
