This newly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, glass tile backsplash, refrigerator/freezer, cook top oven, microwave, and all the cooking utensils you need for serving up a hearty breakfast or delicious dinner. There's a modern dining table for six, bar stools at the snack counter, and an exclusive wet bar for serving up those pre-dinner cocktails.

Primary En-suite

Up the staircase you will enter the perfect wind down space which is your primary en-suite bedroom complete with a huge spa bath to relax in after a hard day at the beach. Also included are custom built in cabinetry with granite top vanity. At night, watch a new movie from the 55” cable television. From the master balcony, watch the amazing colors of the sunset and wake to the sound of the waves and the birds from your comfortable king size bed. There is separate temperature control on the upper floor for your comfort.

Guest En-suite

The guest bedroom is located upstairs and has a full size bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space and dresser storage. There is a shower, toilet, vanity in the bathroom.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air from split level balconies, furnished with loungers and chairs on both balconies. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities; including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months).
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come first served basis.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
