Un dormitorio (muy tranquilo); Un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha (piso de madera); Pequeña cocina totalmente equipada.

Amplio salón-comedor (con vistas al Louvre en el lado), TV de plasma, sistema de sonido, Internet. Perfectamente decorado, moderno y encantador.
Acogedor comedor.

No se puede estar en una mejor ubicación más central en París.
A 100 metros de distancia de la estación de metro de la línea 'Louvre / Rivoli' 1 con acceso directo a Marais y los Campos Elyees y fácil a pie de Museo de Orsay, el Palacio Real y los Jardines y St Germain y Notre Dame, a poca distancia a pie.
Le Louvre está a la vuelta.

What a wonderful place to stay in Paris!

This apartment made the stay in Paris special. I felt like a Parisian, shopping at the local grocery, eating at the outdoor cafes and riding the metro. Prior to and when we arrived Serge was wonderful, he helped to carry the bags and told us about all the local highlights. When we return we will stay there again due to the GREAT location.

Shabby Chic Apt Next to the Louvre

Large, charming 1BR apt near the Louvre. It's a 5 story walk up, so be fit. Corner was loud and busy with the window open. 8 day stay was nice based on the convenience of the location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Some minor points - no AC in the Bedroom (although not really needed but still wanted the option) and the towels in the Bath were threadbare and scratchy.

Great Place

Well we were lucky enough to get caught in Paris during the lock down for Coronavirus. I must say we did have a great place to wait out the lock down. We are disppointed we did not get to see very much but if things were open this is in a great location. Markets, Cafes, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Seine, and the Louvre all within walking distance. There are 90 stairs as promised but with help initially with bags they were no problem and added to the charm. Serge was a great host and available for questions and got back to us very quickly. Look forward to staying here again under different circumstances. Oh and i must say Parisians were wonderful

The best!

We booked here for the location, only a couple of blocks from the Louvre, and found a very well appointed apartment. Lots of room, which is extremely unusual for central Paris, and a modern kitchen and bath. Location, location, location! This apartment is close to the Louvre, close to the Metro, close to great restaurants and very close to the RER station at Chatelet-Les Halles (with service to CDG airport).

Perfect Place to Explore Paris

We had a wonderful nine day stay at this lovely property. Decorated beautifully with all the amenities you could want. Having a seperate bedroom and dining area was a welcome luxury. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, although we only ate a few meals at home. Bakery, grocery, wine store all within 5 minute walk. You are two short blocks from the Seine, very convenient for walking around at night to see beautiful Paris lights. Metro is very close. Living area very comfortable place after long day of sightseeing. Great romantic getaway! Serge is a wonderful host, thank you for a fabulous week in Paris!

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

We stayed here in June ‘19 and had a great time. The apartment is up 87 steps so be prepared for that. We were fine with the climb - Serge met us and carried a suitcase up for us which made the process much easier. The apartment is beautiful - very nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is centrally located between Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower,Montmartre, and the Arc de Triomphe. There is a grocery store right around the corner and nice restaurants nearb

Terrific time in Paris

We had a great time at this apartment in Paris and it was exactly as advertised. Serge made sure that there was someone there to assist us as we arrived and explain the features of the apartment. I have to admit it was a longer climb up the stairs than we expected (87 from bottom to top) but it was certainly manageable for a reasonably fit person. The kitchen was small but well appointed with all the necessities and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the addition of the bath tub was great. Hot soaks after long days of touring was really appreciated. The apartment is in a fantastic location a block from the Louvre and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It is close to the Halles which is the main hub for underground transportation throughout the city and to the airport. Bakery around the corner and a Greek cafe 50 meters from the front door. All in all a great place to stay in Paris!

CONVENIENT, CHARMING AND COMFORTABLE

Great location at one half block from the Louvre. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. Love the shower in the bathroom. The washer came in handy for us. We were there for a heat wave in Late July/early August (97 degrees one of the days, mid 90s the other days) so the bedroom was quite warm. But the temp usually is not in the 90s. Very convenient grocery store one block away. Love the Brasserie Le Relaix du Louvre across the street. Ate our first meal there and had a roasted farm house chicken from a farm outside of Paris. Even the breast meat was dark meat. You know this chicken's feet actually touched the ground. Other good restaurants nearby: Try Enza & Famiglia, two blocks away, for outstanding Italian food. And try Claus about two blocks away for the best brunch or breakfast you've ever had.

Wonderful location for first time to Paris!

The apartment was spacious and convenient for walking to many sites and to the Metro. It was nice to have a kitchen available, as well as a washing machine. Space is on the 4th floor, without a lift; we're in our 60's, and we did fine. Serge was extremely helpful: met us at the apartment when we arrived from the airport; was available anytime we needed him, and helped secure transportation back to the airport when we departed.

Perfect for a romantic get away.

The apartment was perfect! Rooms are as pictured and Serge was a wonderful host. He arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport to take us to the apartment and checked in with us during our stay. The front room has lots of light and is very comfortable (especially the couch!). Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and a coffee pot. Great location with easy access to metro and river. Grocery store very close by. Bathroom had a shower and bath and included a hair dryer. Very lovely!

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Europe and our first 6 days were spent in Serge's wonderful apartment. Our overnight flight landed at 730 am and Serge was gracious enough to allow us to enter early. I texted him as soon as we left the airport and he alerted his friend Jowe who met us when we arrived. As advertised, it is 5 flights up and we were very grateful for the help with one of our suitcases. The apartment was very large, clean and just as pictured in the photos. The bedroom is in the back and is very quiet. We did not cook in the apartment but the kitchen seemed to have everything necessary. Our next stop was a hotel in Amsterdam so were grateful for the chance to do some laundry in the apartment. The location is excellent. The Seine is only a block away, the metro is close and there was a pastry shop just around the corner. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn't mind stairs. It was wonderful!

Lovely flat! Great location!

The flat was five stars. All the amenities of home in a lovely apartment close to everything in Paris. Beautiful front room with big windows and bright view. Quiet, cozy bedroom for restful sleep. French pastry shop just around the corner. Few blocks to beautiful, authentic French cafes. Walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, shopping... the list goes on. Our host Serge was very attentive and gave wonderful recommendations on where to eat, shop, etc. The trip was fantastic!

Fantastic

This is a lovely and charming Paris apartment in the 1st Arr. it is roomy and has outstanding views of the neighborhood... it feels like home and has everything one could want to make a little nest while in Paris... the owner, Serge, is always helpful and is considerate and kind and honestly wants you to love Paris as he does !!! I will always come back... it is THAT good !!!!!! Ten stars !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMAZING residence and vacation nest

I stayed at this apartment for a week in June 2017 and could not be more pleased with my lodging. The pictures do not do justice to the layout of the apartment – it is more like a place in which one would want to live, rather than a simple vacation rental. All that floor-space is well laid out with a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, amazing large living room, comfortable bedroom, and a MORE than full bathroom – a full tub as well as a separate shower. While the apartment has a “period” feel to it, it is clean, well-maintained, and everything worked as one would expect in a modern unit. I found myself imagining the lovely living quarters as a permanent residence. And the images of views from the apartment reveal the central location of the building – a block from Musée Louvre, two from the River Seine, among many shops and restaurants, a block from the Louvre-Rivoli metro (M1) station, and just a couple from Station Châtelet - Les Halles, a central rail station and major, multi-level underground shopping mall. I should also mention the very accommodating owner, who provided all the advice I needed, as well as a guy to help with the luggage and contact information for an excellent taxi driver who lives in the neighborhood – they all contributed to the enjoyment of my stay. All-in-all, this apartment is a perfect place from which to base a Paris vacation or in which to spend a day relaxing after a day around the city. I wish I could provide a higher rating, but VRBO does impose a maximum.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Serge's spacious apartment just a block away from the Louvre. It was very clean with a comfy living room for relaxing and dining room for meals. Lots of counter space in the kitchen for meals too although the restaurants and bakeries in the neighbourhood were so good that we really didn't need to cook at all. Also highly recommend an Italian Restaurant we found a block away on Rue St. Honoré with home made pasta (Enza & Famiglia). Serge was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs. He met us at the apartment and even helped with our luggage on the stairs. See you next time we are in Paris Serge!!!

Perfect Paris location

Our family of 3 adults enjoyed this beautiful apartment in Paris. So much better than a hotel! Serge was a wonderful host and allowed us to check in early straight from the airport. He supplied us with an orientation to the apartment and the area. Very convenient to restaurants, grocery, bakery, metro, etc. The spacious apartment has everything you would need, including an air conditioner which we did need a couple of nights. We highly recommend! Thank you Serge!

Lovely place

Such a spacious flat in a fantastic location. Just one block away from the Louvre and surrounded by a number of cafes. There are also many restaurants and stores that are less than five minutes away. It's 1 min walking distance to the metro stop, which is great for those traveling out and about the city. I was an hour early from my scheduled check-in time and Serge was great in accommodating me on my early arrival so I didn’t have to wait with my luggage out. The apartment is so clean and the bedroom perfectly quiet. Thank you Serge for this wonderful stay in your gorgeous apartment.

Really could not have been better!

We just got home from staying in Serge's beautiful apartment the last week of April. There is not enough room here to describe how happy we were with this choice of apartments!!! - First, The OWNER Serge was a fantastic host... So helpful, and anxious to make our stay wonderful. The first thing I said walking in was that the apt. really was MORE beautiful than the pictures let on. - The LOCATION was no less than ideal! The Louvre just a block away, Metro station, Louvre-Rivoli, was steps from the front door with easy connections for every destination, Notre Dame only a 15 minute walk, great restaurants (La Petit Maichon-our favorite) and bakeries for breakfast, easy walk to Isle St. Louis. The stairs were a challenge for a couple 50+ year olds, but very doable. - PEACEFUL - tons of sunlight, beautiful windows, stylishly decorated, so quiet. We loved just relaxing in the living room with cheese and bread watching the news at night. A special widow ledge with plants and birdseed brought beautiful birds to our window. And every convenience has been thoughtfully supplied. -VALUE - felt like we got such a great apartment for the money. - SLEEPING - King size bed was very comfortable, with great closets for clothes and gear. - BATHROOM was really nice, luxury tub was so relaxing, with rainfall shower separate. - KITCHEN had everything you'd need and more. Really, the best selling point for us was the owner, Serge, who was a perfect gentleman, and so helpful--such a gracious and conscientious host. We will absolutely recommend this apartment to friends in the future, and would stay here again without question.

Perfect!

my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Much better than staying down the street at a hotel ofr much more $$$. We ate out every meal at the many, many, many restaurants within a 10 min walk. Literally next door to the Lourve, the best museum in the world. Wow. Don't stay if 5 flights of stairs are a problem! We loved this apartment. Very nice. I'd stay again.
