The apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city.
There is a four-seater dining table where you can eat your meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the cookware and cutlery you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, a microwave, and a coffee machine.

The bedroom contains a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a washing machine available if you need to do the laundry.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is one of the oldest districts, including part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. The 5th is known for its cultural aspect and many universities. There are public institutions such as the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth-century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores.

While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across essential sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon, the Gallo-Roman baths and the great medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes.

Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is undoubtedly one of the best places to explore.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Saint-Michel Notre-Dame (line 4), is just a one-minute walk away.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

Note: The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator access.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
