Designed with families in mind, this thoughtfully crafted home comfortably accommodates six guests and is rich with inviting common spaces. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, adorned with an inviting L-shaped couch and a family dining table, provide a welcoming space for relaxation and togetherness. Each room is equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment pleasure.
Indulge in the pleasures of the outdoor living spaces, where you'll discover a refreshing pool surrounded by multiple lounge chairs, couches, and a convenient gas grill. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, complete with hot water, and securely store your surfboards in the dedicated surfboard cage. Had a WONDERFUL stay at this perfect house! Wonderful layout, easily fit out 6 guests. “Richard” went out of his way to accommodate our requests and give suggestions/information about Nosara.The air conditioning worked very well, rooms/beds very comfortable and pool was a huge PLUS (with kids!).As advertised, easy walk to the beach and felt very safe with gated entrance to area, locked (high fenced gate - very private) to actual house, and alarm system.Looking forward to a return to this lovely home, and HIGHLY suggest this house to all!

The management team was great and helped us arrange for airport transfers, activities and helped point us in the right direction for necessities. The house was clean and had what we needed to cook. Perfect size and a decent value.

Amazing house in a beach paradise. A 3-minute walk from a great beach for surfing or just hanging out. Great town and super nice people all around. If you are looking for a beach/jungle experience, this is your place.

Great location, beautiful house and an amazing staff

3rd time for using Rick and Beach Management and we will continue! This property is my favorite of all, its literally 3 min walk to the beach but even better you pass the cutest smoothie bar on the way back. The pictures do not do this house justice, impeccably clean with prefect amount of amenities and high speed internet so we could all occasionally work. Grace and Rick, were beyond helpful with surf lessons, dinner reservations and even a tuk tuk driver. With beach management, a licensed health care worker comes to the house to preform your return COVID test. 10/10 for beach management again! Can’t wait to come back.

Great house

My husband, three kids and I stayed at Robin’s Nest for 2.5 weeks in July and we enjoyed our time there. The house was a little smaller than we were hoping for, but the pictures are accurate. All the bedrooms are right off the communal space. The management team was very responsive to all of our issues, helpful in organizing excursions/chef and answering all our questions about the area. We highly recommend the chef, Jose. Everything he made was delicious and always beautifully presented. I didn’t time it, but it’s probably close to the 7 minute walk to the beach that’s in the description. Shorter if you drive, obviously. We got a golf cart which made taking the surfboards easier. The house is walking distance to a few restaurants but not in the busier area, which we were grateful for. We were there in the rainy season and it rained every night. The roads are dirt so we were thankful to have sandals with a little traction for the daily walk to the beach. There was also a tide pool (which came and went) to walk through at the beach entrance, another reason to have sandals. Kids loved the pool. My one complaint is that there wasn’t a table for eating outside. Otherwise we loved our time in Nosara!

Close to beach and town yet private yard

By far this was the best experience I have ever had working with a property management company. From the 1st contact: Grace quickly answered every question and often answered before I asked it. She continuously emailed information prior and during our stay so we never needed to think but instead we relaxed and vacationed! She arranged-golf cart rental waiting for us at the house, transportation to/from the airport and 2 nights out dining with fantastic drivers who told us all about their beautiful country. She made dinner reservations for us. We were greeted upon our arrival and given a detailed explanation of everything on the property. She even left an amazing welcoming surprise. We were provided an app that had anything and everything about the property and Nosara. Thank you everyone at Beach management. I can not think of one suggestion to improve your services. I highly recommend Rick/Grace to find another property if this property does not fit your needs. The property was perfect. A very well stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. Open floor plan to entertain our friends. Private pool. The covered patio is ideal to be outside but protected from rain. The second separate patio was fun playing ping pong. Gated drive then gated entrance to the property left us to never worry about petty theft. This property is an short walk to the beach and all the shopping. I would return to the property again. I have already recommended both to friends go next year.
