Your home away from home is a remodeled, open concept, seasonal decorated 3-bedroom, 2 bath brick home. Approximately 1450 square feet of living space located in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and landscaped front and backyard space. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book this home.

Pet friendly for dogs 35 pounds or less; 2 dog limit. Well maintained property with large fenced in back yard safe and secure for children and pets. Security lights with motion detection for evening pet walks outside.

Six guest limit. Guests will enjoy the screened in back porch. Comfortable furniture, colored patio lights, outdoor fans, and smart tv for outside entertainment. Fire pit, yard lights, gas grill and grilling utensils available. Tucked in a corner of the back porch guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach toys that are provided.

Short term renting opportunity with weekly, monthly discounts. Snowbirds are welcome for visits longer than a month with reduced rates.

This home is the "hub" to everything, anywhere you’ll want to experience in this area.

Property is a few blocks away from beautiful Heritage Park, Foley Welcome Center, and Historical Railroad Museum; all within walking distance or short bike ride to the vibrant downtown area.

Foley Soccer Complex, baseball fields, Cedar Park and local dog parks are only minutes from this home. OWA water and amusement park, Foley Event Center ten minutes away; Gulf Shores 25 minutes; easy drive, excellent roads and signage.

Visit the Train Depot, Medical Museum, Tanger mall, Yabba's candy/ice cream shop, many family owned and operated restaurants. Bring a bike and enjoy the short ride to Heritage Park and other bike trails our community has to offer. Not far from Alabama State Park bike trails.

If a soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, track or archery tournament brings you to the Foley area, this home is near all these venues. Many events take place at the Foley Event Center, Sportsplex, Cedar Park, OWA, Graham Creek.

Visit Foley's OWA park, a family fun amusement, water and entertainment center with a variety of restaurants and shops; a short 5.9-mile drive. Consider a visit to The Wharf, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The Foley Beach Express is minutes away and offers a quick route to all the fun things to do near Foley.

There's plenty of shopping, thrifting, dining and seasonal experiences in Foley waiting on you and if you're needing a relaxing massage or a trip to the gym, these services are close by.

This home provides the space you'll need to park a trailered boat, jet ski, or motorcycle. Safe neighborhood but home offers street lighting and Ring camera security.

Complimentary coffee bar includes Mr. Coffee and Keurig makers, Folgers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Pur water pitcher, K-cups and a variety of condiments. Guests are encouraged to bring extra.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, griddle, slow cooker, toaster, air fryer, baking pans, measuring cups, cutlery set, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee cups, Tupperware, variety of cleaning supplies. dish rags, napkins, a roll of paper towels, dish washer/pods; dishwashing liquid.
Guests are encouraged to bring extra napkins, paper towels, aluminum foil.

Bathrooms furnished with plenty of clean, white bath and hand towels, wash cloths
bathmats, Blow dryer and complimentary his and hers bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, Kleenex, room freshener, Q-Tips, dental picks, cotton balls and facial cleaning pads. One roll of toilet paper, first aid kit, and a variety of bathroom cleaning products. Guests are encouraged to bring extra.

Laundry room provides guests with an iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, laundry pods, laundry softener, bleach, stain remover, dryer sheets, indoor/outdoor insect, wasp, mosquito spray, mop, broom, dustpan, Swiffer, vacuum with attachments, clothes pins for outside clothesline, Guests are encouraged to bring extra.

Pet supplies are available: kennel, pet gate, shampoo, towels, rags, food/water dish, furniture protection sheets, poo bags, pet treats, Guests may bring extra or purchase needed supplies at our local pet supply stores. Pet guidelines will be provided after booking.
