Plenty of shopping options around super nice house I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Rooms were spacious kitchen was very nice. Only thing I would recommend is bringing some cooking utensils other than that it’s a great place to stay
We really did enjoy the house. It was big enough to have family time as well as time to ourselves. It was clean, cool and cozy. It is located in a nice neighborhood and is about 30 minutes away from the beach. The couch does have some tear and wear but i was comfortable. The outside furniture was a little dirty, but that is to be expected with outside furniture. The side door did get stuck a time or two but that didn't take away from the experience. The only con was the trash over flowing from previous guests but the owner took care of it as soon as i let them know and also the trash wasn't do to run until Thursday. All in all i did enjoy my stay and the house was beautiful and spacious. Will rent again
We come to Foley often and we have stayed different places however we absolutely loved staying at this house! It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and was just like the pictures I saw online. We definitely want to stay there again when we come back!!
For a top notch rental cooking utensils and serving dishes were sparse, and a toaster oven would be nice.TV only had streaming capability…no live network channels. A clock in the bedrooms would be nice.Nice place/location, just needs some detailed upgrading!
Spacious, super clean, like new home, great location and responsive host. Mr Coffee (bring filters) and Keurig. Comfortable beds and crisp bedding. Ample parking. Covered back porch. Plenty of space for our family of 8.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
The house is a good size and the living spaces were comfortable. The house is listed as “new” construction. It was built in 2022 and there has been little maintenance done on the outside of the house since new. The front entry needs to be power washed to clean off the dirt and bugs and the porch floor needs repainting. The overhead light on the front porch and the back patio need replacing. The smoke detector in the primary bedroom is disconnected which is a safety violation. The house was in a very good location for the family activities we attended and if I need to, I would reserve again.
The home was new and in excellent condition and clean. Amazing amount of square footage in the kitchen and gathering spaces and ample space in the bedroom as well. The largest king bedroom was huge and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the WiFi over the weekend. Without it we couldn’t watch tv or do any work unless we utilized our hotspots to get computers online. I reached out to the property manager and she tried to help but the cable company could not address the problems until after we concluded our short 2 night stay.Great location, minutes from shopping at outlets and many other retail stores and restaurants and we would surely stay again.
The home itself was very nice and open. No issues with the home really other than some minor maintenance issues. We did have constant issues with not having internet access though which turned out to be very frustrating. Obviously the manager can’t control weather and or provider issues but after much back and forth, It turns out that it wasn’t a weather or provider issue. The issue turned out to be that apparently a new provider took over in that area months ago and although new equipment was set up, the old equipment was not removed which was causing interference this whole time. I felt like the mgmt company wasn’t doing all they could do on their end either the whole time. Of the 5 nights there, we didn’t have internet (or tv) for 3 of nights…. With 3 kids under the age of 9.
We had a great stay at this home and I would 100% rent it again if I'm ever back in the area! The neighborhood is beautiful and inviting, and the house itself is just as stunning. It's so thoughtfully put together, it honestly left me inspired to remodel my own home one day. That said, I wanted to leave some honest feedback in hopes it’s helpful for future guests and the host. I gave 4 stars for communication because after booking, I reached out via the VRBO messaging system and later via text once I had the contact info, but unfortunately never received a response either time. When traveling, especially with a 5-month-old, communication goes a long way, and the lack of it was a bit unsettling.I also gave 4 stars for cleanliness, not to complain, but just to flag a few things that seemed overlooked (perhaps the cleaning was rushed). There was white pet hair on the floor, a chewing tobacco can left on the entry table, two bedsheets appeared to have brown markings and and the kitchen sink water had a fishy smell when turned on.Additionally, my recommendation would be to provide more bath towels for guests. This is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, so it's likely that families will rent it out. Only having one towel per bathroom really isn’t enough for a multi-day stay, and no one wants to go shopping for bath towels while on vacation.Again, despite these things, I would absolutely stay here again. The home and the neighborhood are both lovely!
