Beautiful remodeled one bedroom ccean view deluxe "free a/c" Luana Kai A101

A101 is a beautiful 1 bd, 1 bath, oceanview condo with AC.  The corner location has side windows that look onto the pool area.  This ground floor location provides quick access to the pool, tennis & pickleball courts, the park and ocean.  There is a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The furnishings are light and beachy which are calming and relaxing.  Recently remodeled, the floor is lamanite throughout. The kitchen and bathroom have granite counters.  You can enjoy dining on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets. This condo asks you to relax and feel the ocean breeze.

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.


Ocean breezes beckon you across the bright green of a giant grass park and the deep blue of the Pacific. Beckon you to royal sunsets of pink, red, purple, blue, orange, and gold. They are right outside your large glass door lanai. Come sit outside and maybe see a whale, local birds, wind topped waves and a variety of ocean sports. Feels like home? Well maybe so, if home is in paradise. 

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.
