La maison de 120m2 est située au pied du parc national des Calanques ( 13009 ) . A 15 minutes en voiture de Cassis par le massif de la Gineste, 5 minutes en voiture des plages et 10 minutes en bus du stade Vélodrome ( ligne de bus directe).
La station de vélos electriques est accessible à pieds (10/15 minutes)
A proximité immédiate des commerces, des transports en commun et de bornes de recharges électriques (superchargeurs) .
La maison dispose de 3 chambres climatisées dont une suite parentale ( dressing et salle de douche à l'Italienne) et d'1 salle de bain avec baignoire ilot et 2 WC .
La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et propice à des vacances familiales reposantes.
L'extérieur est équipé d'un bassin et d'une terrasse principale situés plein sud avec une vue dégagée sur la colline ainsi que d'un barbecue au gaz .
La réservation est de 10 nuitées minimum.
Le nombre de locataires est limité au nombre des participants inscrits initialement.
Maison non fumeurs. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Les fêtes sont également interdites .

Très bon moment

Je vous conseille cette maison située au calme avec une décoration intérieure que j’ai beaucoup aimé. Les hôtes ont du goût. N’emmenez rien à part votre maillot, la maison est très bien équipée en casserole et autre barbecue, de quoi passer des moments très agréables. L’accueil et chaleureux et la maison très agréable, je vous la conseille vivement. Réservez pour vos prochaines vacances les yeux fermés Merci encore
