The main level of this condominium offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living area with a gas fireplace, access to a private balcony, a dining area with a table able to seat six, and additional seating at the breakfast bar. Snuggle up by the fireplace during chilly days and get ready for an entertaining afternoon watching a movie at home. Upload all the photos you take to your social media and show them to your friends back home using the free WiFi available. Another great convenience of this mountain condo is the access to a private washer/dryer. There's no need to pack unnecessary clothing now that you can easily wash them at home. Enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, dry sauna, BBQ area with tables, fitness center, and a conference room, perfect for meetings, family reunions, and ski groups! Half a mile away is every outdoor's paradise: Steamboat Ski Resort. Offering year-round activities, there's no shortage of things to do here no matter if you're visiting during summer or winter. This getaway does not have air-conditioning; however, portable fans have been provided for your comfort.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
