Bayside Resort 4bd/3.5ba+Loft Beach/Golf Home

Our beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortably furnished home is the perfect home base for your family vacation. It’s just a short drive to DE and MD beaches. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, or head outside to strike up the grill, while the kids ride bikes and scooters around the circle. This house is loaded with features that will make it feel like home. Hi-speed wireless internet, three separate living room spaces, 7 tv’s featuring smart/Roku service, outdoor seating on both its rear deck and front porch, various sizes of bikes/riding toys available for your group’s use, beach toys, beach chairs and more.

The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. At the rear of the house on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk bed and separate twin) sharing a 2nd full bathroom. On this main floor, you’ll also find the kitchen, a powder room, dining area, and two living rooms (the rear living area includes a pull-out sofa). Head upstairs, to find a loft living area with a second pull-out sofa, and a huge fourth bedroom (king and twin beds) with an additional en-suite full bathroom.

Linens are included. Beds will be made up with sheets, and bath towels will be provided. Please note that beach/pool towels are not included.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
There are so many things to do in Bayside. Amenities include tennis and pickle ball courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Stage located within the community. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions.

Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.

Off-Season (Jan. 1 - May 15 & Sept. 23 - Dec. 31): 3 Consecutive Days $45, 7 Consecutive Days $70

Summer Season (May 16- Sept. 22): 3 Consecutive Days $70, 7 Consecutive Days $115

SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, you’ll find Juice Box which features coffee, smoothies, and healthy eats, Signatures Restaurant for full service dining, and 38 Degrees which is open seasonally. Harris Teeter, CVS, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den, a wine/liquor store, an ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.
