This property was absolutely perfect. We went for a golf trip with eight people and had ample space there’s more space than advertised. Place was spotless and we had constant check ins from our Host to make sure everything was up to par. I would highly recommend this to anybody. My family get away or reunion or even just a group of friends getting away. This is by far you’re number one go to and it’s so close to everything. It’s just easy to walk, beautiful views and all around top-notch.

Great stay. We had a family wedding and the home accommodated all ages! A beautiful home with tons of space and equipped with all the essentials. Wonderfully clean. Lots of parking. One small thing to note was that although there were 4 bikes provided, 2 of the bikes were not rideable. One did not have breaks, and the other bicycle was missing a foot pedal. Even still, this home is definitely a five star stay. I highly recommend.

The house was great and enjoyed by all of us. Noted the welcome board. Nice touch. Got to use the firepit one night so that was a plus. Would recommend for others. Host provided clear, concise directions and responded to all pre-trip questions. Another plus.

Beautiful home. Our family of 13 were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was no furniture on the deck. The pictures showed a table and chairs along with couches and comfy chairs. We had to bring out beach chairs to sit. Loved the big side yard and fire pit.

Excellent stay

The house is a gem with well appointed spaces and lots of room so everyone had a place to chill. Loved every minute spent there. The neighborhood felt safe and views were great. It was also conveniently close to shopping with easy access to the Fenwick beach. We had some minor plumbing issues which were addressed same day. Highly recommend!!

Quiet, centrally located neighborhood that has frequent police presence. Community pool is nicely maintained. Two kayaks were nice to have and the bay offered easy access and beautiful views. Spacious fenced in yard where kids can safely play was a treat. The house comfortably slept our 17 family members. The welcome sign with our family name was also a nice touch. Hot tub ran perfectly and was maintained professionally during our stay. Plenty of garbage cans to accommodate a large weeklong gathering. Kitchen was mostly stocked, albeit very disorganized and lacking enough utensils.We enjoyed the home but we will not return. Pictures to be updated to reflect current status, especially where outdoor furniture and spaces are concerned. Pictures show plenty of outdoor table and chairs on the decks but only one 3-person bench and broken chairs were present. No table and chairs were present. The grill needed cleaning prior to our use. It seems no one is really checking details, quantity, and quality. Parking is limited to 6 but that’s a generous stretch. My family came from different locations and we couldn’t fit 6 cars no matter how creative we were. Garage cannot fit 2 cars unless contents inside are reduced, removed, or organized. The bikes are mounted nicely but 2 of them are a safety hazard. One of them doesn’t have working brakes. Kitchen chairs are rickety. Many things in the house are in disrepair and need attention. Disappointing for the amount of money charged.

Fabulous Home!

Well-appointed and lovely home with great amenities. Although linens and “towels” are provided, we didn’t anticipate that wash cloths weren’t included with towels. Also, we weren’t initially provided enough towels for our party, despite confirming the number needed prior to arriving. Fortunately, more towels were dropped off the evening of our first nights stay. Extra kitchen trash bags were not readily found so we had to improvise with smaller bags from our grocery shopping. Regardless of the inconveniences, everyone enjoyed their stay and we would absolutely rent the property again. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall giving a 5 star review, although if the system allowed me to give a 4.5 star, that would have been my preference. This is a big, spacious home in a great area of Ocean City. It feels very beachy and is a nice layout for large groups, with plenty of rooms, bathrooms and "hangout" areas. It also has a nice deck with a hot tub and grill. Access to the property on arrival day was smooth, however the house was not as ready for our group of 12 as I would have hoped. (i.e. the grill had not been cleaned, the kitchen was not fully stocked with enough silverware/dishes for a party of our size, chairs around the kitchen island were very shaky and needed to have screws tightened, coffee maker's carafe did not fit the machine, dead bushes in the two pots by the front door and out back on the deck etc.) I was not thrilled to have to spend my first evening communicating with the rental agency, but to be fair, they were extremely responsive (quickly brought us items we needed or sent maintenance to look at the other issues). I agree with a previous review that the linen package is sparse on towels and does not include washcloths, so renters should be prepared to bring or supplement those. In the end we had a great stay overall and I would be willing to book the home again. There appeared to be construction starting across the street at the time we left, which may increase traffic and noise for the near future.

The property was well maintained and in a fantastic location. The few minor issues we encountered were addressed quickly. We were able to watch fireworks right from the dock. Access to the pool was a nice plus.A floor plan would have been advantageous for our group when attempting to group families prior to arrival but, nothing some negotiating over drinks on the dock couldn't fix.
