Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this spot because of the phenomenal views of the bay filled with all kinds of wildlife and it's proximity to the beach, local restaurants and all that Fenwick, Bethany or OC have to offer. A true relaxing refuge!

What makes this property unique

Amazing views, spotless, 4 spacious bedrooms and enough room to accommodate 10 guests comfortable(one pull out bed). We have lots of space for family and friends to hang out- a glorious deck overlooking the bay and minutes to Fenwick State Park beach! Lots of amenities and all included- outdoor pool with bay views, fitness center with water views, pickleball and tennis courts and lovely walking trays. Minutes away from the lively hub-bub of restaurants/shops/beaches but a sanctuary to come home to after a full day!
