Teen Birthday Trip
Myself and my 2 teenagers traveled to Toronto for a 4 day trip and why we need 3 bedrooms for everyone's privacy and stuff. The neighborhood of the home was quiet, both on street and driveway parking but the inside of the home could use some improvements. It is evident that this home has been lived in either by a tenant previously or the owner and there were certain easy fixes that could be done to really bring up the quality a level. Headboard furniture wear in the wall of one of the bedrooms and rusty/dirty parts of the door and trim from the door hinges. Missing kitchen drawer face in the kitchen, window screen popped out from kitchen window, broken refrigerator handle, and the back yard was not mowed with either an old canopy structure pieces left to weather and front and bike patio that needs attention.
Apparently on other sites the owner rents out the rooms individually so each bedroom has a keypad lock therefore each bedroom has its own TV and dresser and the beds slept well. Water pressure was good and everything was mostly functional in the bathroom and towels and linens were provided. Entry way had a lingering smell of prior food that had been cooked in the home and/or spices kept but overall for a safe and clean place to sleep and not be cramped this checked the box. The host was communicative and I would recommend staying here for that reason however as I mentioned a little attention to detail and minor repairs would really elevate this place.
