Was a great condo for my family of four. Plenty of space to relax and the best part was the spacious balcony with excellent views of the gulf. I do suggest that utilizing the 1st and 2nd floor garage to unload and load up if you have to park in the lot next to the property.

My friends and I had a great time during our weekend stay. It was painless to park and check in and we found the accommodations more than sufficient. The access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the pool, umbrella, and beach chairs as well. Thanks to the management team who personally ensured we had everything we needed and we truly felt welcome. Everyone in our group said it was one of the best vacations they had been on and would love to bring their families down. Our group will definitely keep this in mind for future trips!

Amazing again!

This is our second time staying at 1106, and will not be our last. We are thankful for all the personal touches, for Helen’s amazing communication, and for the cleanliness. The balcony sofa bed and the all clad frying pan are my favorite touches! We understand the security guards can be strict, but that is what keeps the trouble away from the resort. Our kids, 12 and 14, were able to freely be safe and secure at the pools while we were at the beach. This is our 3rd time at Emerald Isle and love it so much, we are considering buying. You won’t regret it if you want a condo that is well ran, spotlessly clean, amazing quality touches, and a great overall location.

Neat and clean condo for a nice vacation with a beautiful view

We are very happy with our stay. The whole checkin process was laid out to us clear and understandable and we checked in without a problem. The rooms and kitchen were all furnished with taste, style and comfort! Our favorite part was the balcony. Sitting on the couch and looking out into the water felt like we were on a cruise! The balcony is huge and gives a breathtaking view of the ocean and sky! Our daughter wanted to sleep out there😉 Breakfast, lunch and dinner was eaten on the balcony with a view. The elevators and lobbies were always kept clean. The pool and the lounge beside the pool was well kept and never looked dirty either. Beach chair service was very efficient and helpful if a need arose. Our manager was there and ready to help. Thank you so much for this easy, stress-free and wonderful stay!

This was a great condo! It was well stocked with clean, comfy furniture and beds. The patio overlooking the ocean was large and well furnished, too. We have stayed at Emerald Isle for many years, but not in 1106. We will book this condo again!

A fantastic rental with plenty of room! Although we had three people together! But could easily put 6 with two rooms! It was very clean and checkin process was a breeze. The best feature is the balcony with a view to the Gulf. Plenty of seating and ate breakfast with coffee every morning on the balcony.

We were looking for a place that was laidback, homey, relaxing, a place to unwind and enjoy the great weather,beach, ocean, and we found all that in this property. Beautiful condo! Gorgeous furnishings!

Wow! You will never regret this condo! I have stayed in many condos in my 41 years, and this is the best decor I have ever seen. Everything was top notch. We even bought some of the same rugs for our personal home. Very well done. Helen was great at communicating and our every need was met. Security is taken very seriously, and we appreciate that about this complex. Mike’s is right across the street. Actually, this complex is the first one we have chosen back to back. It’s is so close to the water, going upstairs for a lunch is very easy. The chairs on the beach were wonderful, nice to be included in the cost. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and heated pool, just bc it was April, and colder. Extremely clean area! There is not one negative I could say about this location. You won’t want to stay anywhere else in PCB.

The accommodations were first class. Great beds, great view from the balcony. Pool was heated and there was a hot tub to go back and forth from. Shell collection is the best I've ever gotten. Walked on the beach every day. Wonderful trip all the way around!

Top Notch Condo

We really enjoyed this condo! We travel to PCB every year for Fall Break and have stayed in many different places but this condo is definitely one of our new favorites. The location is at the west end which is quieter and we love that. Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean and the online description was spot-on. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait long in either direction. I do wish the parking across the street was easier to access, you have to go up and down stairs, but overall it wasn't too troublesome. The normal beach service team was off for family tragedy so we won't be critical here as I am sure it is much better under normal circumstances. The days that beach service was provided, it was wonderful and always a great benefit that we look for in a place to stay. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. I wanted to save the best for last and you will want to trust me on this one...The BALCONY is the BEST we've ever had!!! It is HUGE and has AMAZING views!! The furniture is super comfy and has enough seating for everyone to have their own space. We spent hours on this balcony and will stay here again for sure!

This property was perfect for us! The view was grand, the condo was very clean and well-appointed. I loved the location on the west end... quieter and more family-friendly. Helen was easy to work with. We practically lived on the balcony while we were inside (which wasn't that much, but still, it was great)! I would (and will) book here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
