Gulf Shores 401 Fourth Floor Beachfront View renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo

This corner unit offers plenty of space for up to six people, with beautiful art, fun decorations, and breathtaking view of the Gulf.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for you stay—whether it's a weekend, a week, or whole month, or more! Four chairs at the island have space for everyone, or you can spread out at the dining table which seats 6 for a nice dinner or game of cards.

The living room has a fun vibe with a couch, love seat, and gliding chair with footrest. You won't miss any of your shows with the flat screen TV and entertainment center—as long as you can take your eyes off the stunning view!

A glass wall slides open to the long balcony with tall chairs and tables to see of the railing and never lose sight of the Gulf. You can hear the waves breaking just across the dunes. Around the corner, another balcony overlooks the grounds, including the pool and playground, with glimpses of the ocean.

The glass wall and Gulf view is shared by a queen-sized bed in a sleeping area with a desk, nightstand, cabinets and drawers, a desk, and plenty of sailing décor. The nearby full bathroom has a sparkling walk-in shower with a river-rock floor.

For a bit more privacy, the master bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, a dresser and closet, a chair, nightstands, and more beach décor. The attached bathroom has a deep tub and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Located about 7 miles from downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Beach driving access is conveniently a mile north and south from Gulf Shores or You can just walk down our boardwalk and enjoy the sand between your toes!

Unit Includes: Duo keurig coffee maker.

Amenities include: Free Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, coin operated on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, BBQ pits and fish house. Indoor game room features an indoor shuffleboard, board games and a 42 in. TV.

    Perfect weekend getaway

    We planned a last minute beach getaway and this place did not disappoint. The view was spectacular, the condo was clean and well appointed and worked for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

    Great View & Great Staff

    Gulf Shores was great to work with. The staff was super friendly and accommodating! They are onsite which made check in and out very easy. The view from the unit was amazing and they literally had everything you needed! All we had to bring was a cooler, and beach towels! I wish we had thought to bring a fold up wagon/ cart! Will definitely book again!

    Disappointing

    Let me first say that the condo itself was lovely and I could tell the owners took great care to all the details and comfort. I appreciate that. My experience was deeply disappointing though because of all the refurbishing/construction that was happening right above my condo and all around the condo. There was LOUD drilling and hammering continually. There was scaffolding adjacent with both balconies so workers were continually going up and down with loads of lumber. I could have reached out and touched them ~ that's how close they were. They were supposed to work from 9-5, but work actually started at 7:30 each morning and ended at 5:30pm. I had to get up each day at 5am just to have some peace and quiet to myself. There was nowhere in the condo or on either balcony that I had quiet. It was all highly invasive. There was no other condos available for me to transfer to. I had planned this 4 day retreat as a gift to myself to nourish and replenish my body and spirit. Instead I left there feeling greatly disappointed and disheartened. This condo should never have been leased out during this time.

    Beautiful Views and just steps to the beach

    Fantastic weekend. Property is older but well maintained. Unit had a couple issues, ceiling fan in living room not working and ceiling fan/light in master had a mind of its own.

    Perfect beach condo

    Why do anything when you have a panoramic view of the ocean and a second porch out back to view sunsets. Quiet complex with excellent pool and all kinds of toys available for the beach. Would have liked washer/dryer in unit, but that is minor.

    Gulf Shores is fabulous, just not this one

    This condo obviously had to be redone after the hurricane but it was done as cheaply as possible. There are many things that keep it from being functional for guests, such as no closet in the Oceanside bedroom. The access to electrical outlets for charging your devices are hidden behind nightstands down low, very old style. I would have thought when the rooms were redone that modern amenities would have been considered, but not in this suite. Two of the ceiling fans don't work, and one of them in a bedroom has problems where the overhead light comes on in the middle of the night, waking you up. The furniture is old, the mattresses are old, and there are so many decorative items on every single surface and walls that there is nowhere to put your suitcase or toiletries. I love Gulf Shores and have been going here for decades. Just choose another suite besides this one and you'll be thrilled. It's a fabulous property.

    Quick weekend trip. Beautifully decorated and renovated. I would return but reservations fill up fast.
