BLUE HERON ESCAPE: No steps a walk-in end unit located in prestigious Regatta Bay. Spacious 8 room, 3 bedroom have king size beds with a private room very comfortable queen sofa sleeper serves as a 4th bedroom or additional sitting area. Also twin memory foam fold up mattresses.. Sleeping accommodations for 10. Master suite offering a wall of windows with spectacular waterfront views, two vanities, separate shower, tub and large walk-in closet. The guest master ensuite is very spacious. All bedrooms have a TV, both master suites with TV, Netflix, Amazon and streaming apps provided in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Open concept living room, dinning and kitchen all with amazing lake views. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Two patio's a large screened in waterfront patio with outside dinning and a street side covered patio that accommodates grilling even in the rain. A fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need. Our property also is a 3 bath unit providing additional convenience.

This is a No Smoking, No Pets unit.

REGATTA BAY AMENITIES: Has a resort like feel with two pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, children play area, fishing/swimming dock, fire pit, picnic tables, clubhouse, beautifully landscaped, surrounded by trees and acres of green space with breathtaking views. Hiking/biking trails across from complex.

Great stay

We had a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. The place was plenty of room for all of us for our 5 night stay and they everything you could need. We stay at Regatta Bay every year and are never disappointed. Its a great complex!

Our stay at this condo in the Ozarks was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the communication with the host was excellent — quick responses, helpful information, and genuinely accommodating. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the lake. We felt right at home. Family vacation

We had a great time with the kids and grandkids. Playground was good for their ages but the pools were the biggest hit. We did have trouble finding beach towels and pickleball equipment hidden behind laundry room door, but overall a good vacation for all.

Gorgeous place, fun and relaxing time with family

We enjoyed some family time at this beautiful condo. The home is clean and comfortable, view is spectacular, and the location can't be beat. It's a blessing that John and Linda are willing to open their home for the enjoyment of others. Nice golf courses in the area too, which Dad, brother and husband thoroughly enjoyed.

Home away from home

Our adult children stayed with us at this 3BR+condo. It was plenty spacious and each room had a King size bed and each had their own bathrooms. The condo had all the amenities to ensure we felt like it was our home away from home. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Lake View

This was the perfect stay for my family. This condo has a very easy entry with no steps, and is very clean and spacious. The large screened deck allows you to watch boats, water fowl, and lake activities without being bothered by bugs. The area was quiet and the condo was spotless and very well furnished. We will definitely rent again!

Great Location

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was great in the Four Seasons area! Both pools were about a 2 minute walk. They have a pavilion that overlooked the lake and we watched all the fireworks on it with my family and neighbors! The screened in patio overlooking the water was so fun. We took some pools down the the dock and fished. Caught 30 fish and made great memories with family and friends!

We love Lake of the Ozarks and Regatta Bay. We have been together since we were in college, have two beautiful daughters and reside in St Louis. We enjoy the many restaurants, live music, entertainment, fishing and boating the lake provides.

Why they chose this property

Having lived at and loved Lake of the Ozarks for ten years employment required relocating to St Louis. We missed the lake so much we decided to buy a condo and Regatta Bay was our first and only choice from the many complexes at the lake. At first we owed a two bedroom at Regatta but then decided we wanted a larger unit as our family grew. We sold our two bedroom and purchased our present condo. So much to enjoy here, we love to spend as much time as possible with family and friends enjoying the many things Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We love the views, the constantly changing sunsets, watching the boats go by from our screened in lanai. We especially enjoy watching the wildlife, many deer on the property, groundhogs scampering about, birds, the ducks and geese, blue herons, and occassional eagles and otters.
