Regatta Bay 2 Story Condo close to Everything

Come enjoy this amazing large 2 story condo with 3 BR and 3 Bath at Regatta Bay. Both floors offer great lake views and patios. The upper level is includes a bedroom that sleeps 4, large living and dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and laundry facilities. Two master bedrooms (each sleep 2) with separate bathrooms on the lower level. Both bedrooms have access to a private lower deck.

Regatta Bay offers two pools, tennis courts and a play area for the kids. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend at the 11 mile marker on the main channel. The Horseshoe Bend area is close to the Bagnell Dam Strip area as well as grocery stores, attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Clean, well stocked and close to everything.

The Regatta condo was perfect for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The entire condo was very clean, cozy, and easy to make it your own own while you stay there. Despite our unexpected delay in arriving a day late due to health issues, Chris was extremely responsive. A couple minor issues were fixed before I even got a chance to respond back after being away from the condo for a couple hours.The condo is close to many things it was a perfect location for us. We also found the neighbors to be extremely helpful when we went to the wrong door which I’m sure happens more often than they would like. It gave us a great impression of the complex and how owners care for their property.We also used the pool which was very nice and had clean, pool side bathrooms and covered area to sit in the shade. The beds are very comfortable and there was plenty extra blankets while sitting in the living room with many entertainment options. Many great amenities such as a closet full of games, plenty of beach and regular towels.It was our first time in the Ozarks, but we would definitely stay here again if we ever went back. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Great family spot!

We had a wonderful time at the Lake of the Ozarks! The condo was located at a great spot within the complex….close to all the recreational activities. The condo had plenty of space and wonderful layout for our family of 6. It was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. There were also games, extra beach towels, Kleenex, and blankets. The check-in and checkout process were super simple. There were a few simple house keeping issues that could use improvement. Overall the condo is fantastic, and we’d recommend it!

Great location!

Great location and nice property. The king bed in the master was very comfortable but unfortunately, can't say the same about the other beds (very thin and no box spring). Need new toilets in the house; would barely flush. Otherwise, loved the place and would stay again if they get new beds.

Excellent set up!

So nice to have a full 3 bed and 3 bath with screened in porches! The view of the water was so peaceful as well. Beds were comfy!

The view was one of a kind- awesome!!!! The only complaint would be when it was real windy there was something outside banging against the building. One of the ladies made it spooky by telling scary stories!! Made the evenings interesting!! Shopping and eating out was easy access, very pleased.

Great place, responsive owners

We had a great winter visit to the lake! This condo did not disappoint. The beds were very comfortable and the views were incredible. We enjoyed sipping coffee while morning sun glowed on the water and houses. We had a home maintenance issue and the owner was highly responsive and took care of the issue. We would love the chance to stay here again!!

Great girls trip!

Very easy to talk with owner. Immediate response to any questions. For our girls trip (older ladies) we enjoyed the condo, location and sat on the dock one evening. Great location 15-20 minutes to shopping, which we enjoyed, also spa at Four Seasons.

The property was great, perfect location to relax and getaway. The hosts Chris and Regina are very friendly and inviting as well as the community and all the nice folks I spoke to. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody and hope to book it the next time I'm in the Ozarks!

Nice place but needs some updates.

The Condo was nice but could definitely use some updates and wasn't the cleanest place. There were smudgy handprints all over the mirrored wall and food debris all around the kitchen trash cans. The listing said it came with a "grill" but it was a very small electric grill that was barely big enough for brats, and it actually caught fire. Several in our party have food allergies so we cooked all of our meals at the condo. It would've been nice to have a better grill and some sharp knives. The view of the lake was complete obstructed by trees.

Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place. The condo is very roomy with lotsa light and beautiful view of the lake. Easy access for a pontoon driver to pick us up and the pool/amenities were great. We had 7 people stay and we had more then enough room. A lot of stairs! Good cardio here ( we had a member only 2 months out from a total knee surgery- only reason I commented that. ) good to know in case you have any health needs/issues. We would definitely rent here again & loved our short stay.
