Ocean block home, 4 houses (100 ft) from private, secure Atlantic Ocean beach in the North Indian Beach Community of Rehoboth Beach Delaware located just south of Dewey Beach.
5 bedrooms. 2 masters with en-suite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bunk room (jungle room) that sleeps 5 kids and a sunroom with a futon couch
One master is on the main living floor (3rd floor) as is the beautifully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room in a completely open floor plan. All rooms but the jungle room open to decks. There is a huge, unique, rooftop deck with Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay views. Front and back decks on the main floor have every kind of cooking and grilling option. Laundry is on the bedroom (2nd) floor. Also a shower and a separate bathroom on the ground floor outside for easy access from the beach
