This beautiful property consists of two spaces in a semi detached setting. The main property consists of
6 private bedrooms and 4.5 baths covering over 5000 sqft .The second space is a semi detached 2 bed 1 bath apartment with limited availability. There is a pull out queen sleeper in the great room and two full beds. Along with three trundles and a fold out futon across 3 of the bedrooms, the home can comfortably sleep 23 adults. Inflatable beds are welcome and our max capacity is 26 adults. Insta-hot hot water heaters so you never run out of hot water. Outdoor private hot/cold shower.
The semi attached two bed/1 bath space may be available for an additional cost. If desired please ask about availability when inquiring.

Gatherings over 25 require addn'l event insurance.
Free WiFi, Cable, up to 3 large flat screen tv's. Close proximity to both Dewey and Rehoboth. Plenty of parking. Fire Pit and outdoor grill. You can purchase firewood at multiple local stores. Pool open May 1ST thru Oct 31. Hot tub open all year. A bath towel per person is included with the linens. Bringing beach towels is recommended.

Heated pool and hot tub located in a large patio area with outdoor bar and grill and fire pit. 2 living rooms with flat screen tv's. Wifi and ice maker. Three blocks from the beach (Cullen St) and Trolley stop. Three blocks from downtown Dewey. Parking for six to eight. Once you arrive and have all your groceries, there is no need to drive again!
Note: We do not rent to persons under 21. Please be considerate of the neighbors with regards to noise at late hours.

Check in at 3pm and Check out is promptly at 10am. It is a large home and our housekeeper needs the time to turn over the property. Thank you!
**Any unapproved large gatherings or events or the use of non authorized outside vendors (Caterers, DJ's,etc..), or parking violations that cause complaints from the neighbors, will result in the immediate termination of your stay (eviction) and forfeiture of your security deposit.**
Please be honest with us. If we find you hosted and event without letting us know, you will forfeit your security deposit.
A code will be texted to you for access. The pool is open from May 1 through October 31 and will only be heated to a max of 75 degrees. Please empty skimmer daily of debris and maintain water level half way up the skimmer slot.
The spa heater is the tan heater behind the pool equipment fence. It should be on. The temperature controls are up/down arrows. The two timer knobs on the same fence facing the pool are for the jets.
Maintain the spa level above the jets using the outside hose connection. Please disconnect after use if you stay between Nov 1 and April 1.
Use hose for water for the Pool and hot tub.
Maintain pool level to halfway up the skimmer. Please empty skimmer basket once a day.

Linens: There will be a laundry bag of clean linens and towels for each bedroom and sleeping area. There will be a laundry bag for you to place dirty linens in at the end of your stay. If used linens are not placed in the bag there will be an additional $35 charge per room.
Light switches for patio floods are located as follows:
1. In master suite next to door leading out to deck.
2. Underneath built in desk in center great room.
3. By door leading out to porch in original kitchen.
2 kings, 2 queens, 1 queen pullout, 2 twins w/trundle, 2 twins w/2 trundles, 3 twins on 2nd floor west side.
***Do not disconnect tvs from cable without owner permission. All Tv’s must be working at checkout or you will be charged for repair visit. Test all tv’s upon check in and report any not working to owner. Thank you***
