New vacation home rental. Stunning, spacious riverfront home with a private dock and river beach. Amazing views from nearly every room. Southwest exposure provides shelter from the summer winds. BBQ, jacuzzi in master bath, pool table etc. will complete your vacation. A short walk to Old Town via the river beach or road will take you to many fun shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. If you have paddle boards, kayaks or a boat it's an easy float either to Old Town, to the ocean, or across the river to the dunes and trails. Two kayaks are provided for use while you're here. Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by a professional housekeeper after each stay. Seriously, a bit of paradise. You won’t be disappointed! Five Queen beds, one King,, and a Twin upper bunk. Two and a half baths.

Great location - easy access to OR coast. Weather rainy, but tried some fishing off of the dock. No fish, but it was fun. Family enjoyed the stay.

This is a beautiful home. We especially enjoyed the design of the open kitchen, dining, living room areas. The dock was also a bonus. During low tide there's a private "beach" by the river. We have nothing negative to say about this place. Just an all around wonderful place for our family gathering.

Beautiful property right on the river, huge dock off patio for crabbing or fishing. House is large enough for two families. Two large master bedrooms with full baths. Kitchen is large and open so you can cook while visiting with family or just enjoy the view of the river. Has garage if needed and big outdoor area in back of house facing the dunes and river. Close to town and shopping. Dunes are a 5min drive from home.

House was well stocked. Kitchen good. Need some new skillets & sharper knives.Loved the outdoor chairs & the dock. We used the kayak everyday & brought paddle boads. Furniture was clean & comfortable.

Lovely property exactly as advertised. No photos that don't look like the property actually looks, other than the bank of the river. Water was higher than in the photos- no big deal just wondered where the shoreline photos were taken before I realized it was a difference in water level. Enjoyed watching the sea lions, and the cormorants catching fish off the boat launch.

The house was such a beautiful place to gather with our family. The view of the river were amazing. It was also fun to go kayaking with the provided house kayaks. The house was stocked with toiletries and plenty of linens and towels. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future coastal visits.

It's a lovely, comfortable house with a very soothing view of the river. It's only a mile from the center of Old Florence. The kitchen was better than adequate although it could've have used more towels and hot pads. There were five of us and it was so nice for each of us to have our own room. The fifth bedroom with the second bed was actually a bunk bed above the larger bed. We had a 6th person who almost came with us, but none of us would have been comfortable in the raised bed. Also we were disappointed to discover that the "hot tub" was actually a jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom. But we had a wonderful time in such a beautiful place. We'd love to to back. Thank you!
