Townhome description:
Larger end unit townhome in gated Regal Palms Resort. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths with 2 en-suite master bedrooms with its own full bath, one upstairs, one downstairs. The upstairs features a balcony master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with 2 twin beds, sharing a full bath), and laundry area with full washer & full dryer.
Downstairs master bedroom is perfect for in laws. Recently it was upgraded with new flooring.
Kitchen is fully equipped with full-size range, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.
Backyard has a quiet pond view. There are 2 car parking space in front of townhome.
Walking distance to resort club with full amenities, lazy river, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, game room, restaurant, and business center. Easy access to I4, Champion Gate, Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld etc. Gas station, Publix grocery, Spa, restaurants are right in front of resort.
Friendly staff is available 24/7 at front desk for registration and guess services.
Mandatory Daily Resort Fee of $20 / day plus FL tax will be collected at Check In, by the resort, to enable guests access to resort amenities.
Note that our townhome is located inside Regal Palms Resort in Davenport. Its is 12 miles from Disney World, 17 miles from Seaworld, 21 miles from Universal Orlando, 31 miles from Orlando MCO Airport.
