Family ski trip

The apartment was as expected, but in a different set of apartments to advertised. Not an issue but a bit odd. Parking was advertised on the listing, but not actually available very lucky to sort ourselves out. This Vrbo listing turned out to need to deal with maeva homes. The general contact center replied promptly but could not sort anything out like parking or early check in. The local agent did not answer phone or respond to emails. All my other trips with vrbo have been with private owners who are great at corresponding. I would not wish to go through maeva homes again due to lack of communication with the local agency.Cannot complain about the apartment itself it was as expected in a great location. Just not the apartment advertised or even the same accommodation!!
