Imagine yourself on South Padre Island walking on the beach in the morning as the sun rises and enjoying the incredible South Padre Island sunsets from your patio and private balcony at night. This condo with bay views is located directly on the Laguna Madre Bay, at the end of Cora Lee Street on South Padre Island in a gated, secure, quiet residential complex.

The dining room and balcony both have incredible views of the Laguna Madre Bay and Queen Isabella Causeway. You can swim in the refreshing pool overlooking the bay or just relax in the shaded area around it. This condo is decorated in an elegant contemporary style, tastefully furnished throughout with TV's in the living room. A king size bed in the master suite, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room provide sleeping options to accommodate up to 6 overnight guests.

You will be just a short distance to all the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a kitchen that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and covered parking add convenience. There are also boat slips available on a first come-first serve basis and storage for windsurfing and /kite boarding gear. Whether you enjoy the tranquil bay or the surf and sand, (or both!), this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island Getaway!

Stay was great. Pool is not heated and was pretty chilly, but great to spend time by the pool and just to tan. Great view from the apartment and the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere and super quiet. We really appreciated it during the spring break.

Winter get away

Was a very good location, loved being able to walk around and to other side of the island. Place was great loved the deck and sitting on dock, also saw dolphins from dock. Would go back.

Family Vacation, Fishing Trip

Whenever we book a trip to South Pardre we always aim for this particular complex because it clean, quiet and has beautiful views. This condo was perfect. They had everything we might need, the bedrooms and bathrooms were large with great closets. We spent a good amount of time fishing and swimming. I would highly recommend a stay here on your next SPI trip.

Beautiful Condo on the Bay

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. We had plenty of space for our family and all our luggage. The views outside the patio are beautiful as well. The kids loved the smart tv with access to all their favorite streaming networks. The hosts were very gracious and allowed us to reschedule our trip a few days due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict.

Spring break getaway

We traveled 13 hours to get away for spring break. We enjoyed the condo and everything it had to offer, while enjoying South Padre. The views are breathtaking. The air was refreshing. The only thing we didn't like were the pillows on the beds. Our necks suffered but nothing the hot tub couldn't fix. I wouldn't definitely recommend.

The unit was clean and comfortable with a great view. Lockbox was not working when we arrived for late arrival. Property managers were promptly there to assist. While waiting for the key, I was given excellent advice and tips for our vacation. This was great! Our vacation was very fun and relaxing.

The property was literally right on the water, and because of it’s design, every unit had a beautiful sunset view. It was spacious and comfortable. The furniture is dated, but the management company said they would be updating it in the near future. Beds were a little too firm, especially the bunks. Very secure facilities and nice pool and hot tub overlooking the water front. Sunsets were astonishing. Nice to have your own dedicated washer and dryer.
